4/5: I like the idea of having to sneak past the enemy and backstab them. Your ability to run up walls didn't really fit into the game's premise (stealth and trickery, not feats of athleticism), and some of the controls were a bit slow to respond. I also found it a bit short. But good, definitely worth playing.
Badges! Hooray! I got 2 today just for logging on :)
Also, I approve of the kreds system the way this game uses it: almost everything you can buy can also be earned the hard way, and since it's not multiplayer, there's no reason to criticise others for taking the easy way.
:,-( Tragic...
Also, there is the occasional "2" in the background. They're kinda rare, but they do exist. Nice Easter Egg.
And I did catch the War Games reference. I didn't get what the point of having another AI unit mentioned was?
Tiresais: The tile itself does NOT contribute to the total, and red herrings DO (that's why they're red herrings). Though I agree with you that it's mostly guesswork so I rate 4/5.
I scored 124471. How did everyone else do?
Oh, and Chazznar: The exact strategy will depend on your character's stats. Mine was almost exclusively a mage, so... magic would be more useful for me :P
hilotaka: Go down the hole at the bottom of the screen, then come back up again on the other side.
sheepd: How could they be more precise? Left and right to move, Enter to pause, and almost any other key to flip gravity.
I don't think Kong should add achievements to this... The in.game upgrades are more than enough, and the potential to buy powerups would encourage people to unfairly achieve the... um, achievements.
Also, this game is hard!
