The only reason I was able to pass it was because if you eliminate all squares on one row, the numbers turn grey when you get the right combination.. That times the rows on the board, and you have a slow-but-sure victory.. It's like cracking a safe.. Time consuming and not enjoyable.. 2/5
The worm level was priceless.. The worm kept ONLY going after my archers and mages, and barely touched my warriors, and the worm ended up eating the last boss for me.. I LOVE that worm! XD
OH MY GOD A GHOST! *raises camera* *click* Oh okay, it's gone now.. What a strange coincidence.. *keeps walking around* ......... Either this is the luckiest ghost hunter in existence or his camera really DOES steal souls..
"A knight would not survive another oil treatment".. I don't know why but that message always bothers me.. That basically means there IS a better oil treatment out there, but my guy simply can't take it..
I don't understand how the lava system works.. I could be at 700+ speed with tier 5 speed-thing (Which I have no idea what that is), and yet if I fall a few times lava appears right under me.. What triggers the lava to appear? Going too slow, or falling too much?.. I honestly can't tell if it's one or the other..
I never understood why the perfect-fail sound-effect was a sword sound.. Until I realized that every time I failed a perfect when I was TRYING.. The sound I myself made seemed to match up with it.. Clever..
Personally, this is very creative for it's genre, it really is one-of-a-kind.. It's too bad they went a little sadistic with the difficulty, but other than that, it's a very unique game.
I love it when a dev never focuses on just one genre, and explores every kind they can.. Everything he's made was good, but I have to say, I think I like this game the best so far. 5/5
If you max out your rate of fire and damage, but want more, just make a gun with less damage but still max rapid, lowering the damage and power useage until the gun is at half the price of the money you have on you, that only uses 10 energy.. Then, just buy two of them and mount them together! 2 rapid guns with 170 damage combined does 340 damage, as opposed to just one that does only 240 damage. :)
Ah, meat boy.. Thanks badge of the day, for bringing back sweet memories.. This game was pretty frustrating.. But to be honest, out of ALL the nearly-impossible frustrating games.. This one was by far the least frustrating.. I mean, it's a platformer.. It's skill/luck ratio is like 80/20, which is extremely good for ANY game.. Though, if I were actually saying this while I was GOING for that badge, I'd probably say differently, I'm sure..
Did this guy cover himself in thermite or something? The tiniest flicker of a flame or something hot touching him causes him to instantly erupt into a flame hot enough to incinerate his entire body in seconds. I can understand just falling over and fainting if someone landed on spikes impaling their foot, but the instantaneous combustion confuses me..
