Dev, you need to realize that most buildings are useless. Apart from the first three (dwelling, workshop and hunting camp) which are great, I don't see the point of the other ones at all. They cost precious prod points, and since the goal of the game is to have 25k prod, they'd better bring you more prod than you spent to buy them. Truth is, they're far from paying back their own cost in prod points, even in the long run. So why bother?

This game is basically a clone of High Tea. I don't mind it that much, except that instead of correcting the flaws of High Tea (too dependent on the randomness of opportunities, balancing issues, obscure price change mechanic), it actually makes each of these flaws way worse than the original. Guys, if you like this game mechanic, just play High Tea, it's better in every way.

Wow, lvls 19-21 are the last levels? How anticlimactic. Lvls 16-18 were the real hard levels, 19-21 were extremely easy. And the final boss was a walk in the park...

It's funny how lots of people found the first levels really easy and the last ones hard. Actually for me it was the contrary : I had trouble in the first levels to familiarize myself with the mechanics (e.g the fact that the jump is 1 step longer when you jump on a platform below you, or how blocks above you can block you during your jump), and when I got all of this the rest of the game felt relatively easy. I just finished it and apart from level 49 I didn't have much trouble. And for level 50...just pressing two keys solves it ;)

I think the "helping a dying man" is underused : the game should also understand this statement as the fact that you, yourself, are a dying man, and there is a moral obligation to help you. Especially true in the last argument in the last encounter where you get asked about the "purpose" of all this. Also in this last argument I wanted the opportunity to prove to them that philosophy is worthless (after all you're not a philosopher) and have an alternate ending where Kant becomes an accountant! :)

Interesting comment you make on violence in video games there Mazerath. I used to play GTA2 when I was 10 years old and I just had a laugh with my friends, I didn't find it more disturbing than playing Super Mario... now I'm 23 and I find russian roulette with oranges rather scary. So if it was your goal, you were pretty successful at it ;)

No offense, but the way you represent the numbre of troops on each planet really makes my eyes bleed. Writing like 30+3 in small characters makes it really hard to know what number is what when you have to make split-second decisions. Other than that, great gameplay.

There are so many more funny fails that could have been implemented. Just to name a few : * Plant the bomb on the Earth, go to the asteroid, and click detonate so you see the Earth blow up as you guys stay on the asteroid (and hopefully rebuild civilization there!). * a real use of the "just joking button", such as "Abort mission! [...] haha, got you!" and seeing the reaction of the guys * drop the bomb in the rocket, take off without your team, and blow up the bomb (and the rocket) as you approach the asteroid (by the way "stop engines" in mid-air should crash the rocket on the asteroid, not on the Earth). This game has a lot of untapped potential to be a like "stealing the diamond" where there are like 27 different and original ways to fail, each one being hilarious ;)

There is an additional reason to add a "fire worker" button : getting rid of glitchy workers. Lots of times there is a worker who glitches out and remains walking endlessly at the same spot. Dear developper, I understand that you're into employee rights, but won't you admit that walking endlessly at the same spot *whether it's day or night* without getting any work done is a valid reason for getting fired, no? ;)

Nice game! I really love the fact that the two bosses are hard to beat, so there is actually skill involved in beating them (for those who have trouble with the final boss, you need to buy each character's top defensive ability, otherwise you'll suffer). Also a very educative game : now I know how humiliating it is to be kidnapped by a panda :)

Anyways thanks a lot Helgravis for taking the time to reply to everyone and correct the minor flaws in the game, I really appreciate it! The game is far from being perfect, but I really liked the Rebuild genre, and the 'tower defence' twist to it was a nice addition. Hopefully you will be able to make a second game with a perfect gameplay which will be a big hit! I only have one thing to say : [hilariously awesome voice acting] HASS-SASS-SASS-SA-SA!

I think there's an error : the lvl 4 building tech is called "powerhouse", but you can research the powerhouse upgrade and build them even if you don't get the tech. However it seems you can upgrade your command center to lvl 3 only if you get this tech. DId you confuse it with the command center lvl 3 tech?

Pardon my broken english. The level 4 tech was meant to say this tech allows you to research the Powerhouse (Lv2 Generator) upgrade, so you can turn a Powerhouse into a Reactor (Lv3 Generator). Changed the verbage in Ver1.0.23 so it's less confusing (hopefully). Also, Command Center Lv3 is only available in latter acts (when the story introduces the HyPEL Cannon, or in some extra maps). Also... I added a warning text in extra Map 5, just for you! :D It's not as funny as Ackbar, but at least the player is given a heads up!

Okay Helgravis, thanks for your answer. I was a bit harsh in my message but I was so frustrated after being killed by those spawns ;) The thing is, I had no way of knowing the information you're giving me now (the fact that destroying the buildings doesn't stop the spawning of ships + the fact that the last barrier is a trap). Perhaps you could put a line of dialogue (Admiral Ackbar's 'it's a trap' will do ^^) to explain why the fact that obliterating the enemy structures gives him overwhelming power ;)

The "ennemies spawning endlessly at the edge of the map" mechanic is really a pain. You waste so much time simply following the never-ending scores of enemy ships to intercept them (there should be a quick intercept command!). And sometimes it behaves completely irrationnally. I was playing extra map 5 ; I researched the big beam ability and used it to obliterate all the enemy spawning structures. And still, after a while, a black nil helios started spawning every 30 seconds as well as scores of hive ships, which murdered me! That's just retarded. If that's a time limit on spawning, it should be said when and why those ships come.

Hi strategyfan! First of all, thanks for playing! Sounds like you're doing pretty good, considering the fact that you're playing one of the harder maps. Anyways, I'm sorry if the endless spawn mechanic is frustrating. I've had other feedback too, and on hindsight, I do agree that destroying the structure should halt spawning. Initially, I thought it would be nice to be able to farm enemy spawn points by surrounding them with Blast Towers (especially for maps with less mineral fields). Right now, spawn points are tied to a tile, not to the structure, so to stop them, you have to secure the tile. I know it's not perfect, but what I can't fix now, I'll put what I learn onto the next version. Also, in extra map 5, the final wave is triggered by removing the last set of barriers (which is meant to be a trap/ambush kinda thing, and thus increase the difficulty when trying to get the "Saboteur" achievement). All in all, thank you for giving feedback. I really do appreciate it!
