The number of farms being limited to 2 completely cripples their utility. Sure, it makes sense having to wait a long time to grow stuff, but why can't you make at least 5 farms? Limiting the number of logging camps makes sense since wood is a limited resource, but what prevents you from farming the hell out of this land? ;)
There seems to be a bug with the max number of mines (wood or iron). It says 6/6 and I have only 4, still I can't build any more. It looks like upgrading a mine increases the conter even though it doesn't build an additional mine.
Major glitch alert : your character can get stuck on the topmost part of the playing zone. You can still move horizontally, but vertically you're stuck at the top. Needless to say, instant death awaits. Really need to fix that. Other than that, had fun playing it.
The "lost focus" banner is buggy. It stays on the screen even when I come back to the game and resume playing normally. i have to play the rest of the level with this annoying banner on the screen!
A very important point on equipment : At the shop, the bonuses indicated are INCREMENTAL. So whatever you buy at the shop will be an upgrade, there is no risk of wasting money buying a downgraded piece of equipment. I spent half of the game not buying any equipment because everything said "+1 def" and I thought I already had something that gave +1 def. Actually it gives +1 def everytime! Should at least make a tooltip for that!
What I would like to see : 1) an offensive skill for Cinnacat. i maxed his magic hoping he would get one, and all I got was an useless character with 2 attack. 2) a way to recover mana that doesn't cost money. Basically the way you do it now is like paying money to use your skills instead of mana, and 3) More info on each character's stat gain : hy do Fizzle and Coal gain much more damage per point than the others? it has never been explained.
The aliens aren't overpowered at all (you'll see when you'll play as them in act 3). Sure, the spores can infect anything, but they die in 1 hit from any weapon. You just need to use the right defenses. Don't even bother making lasers, they're useless against them because they're too slow to react. Best defense is a combination of autoguns (can fire very fast), Gauss (fast rotation - a lifesaver!), and some freezers. If you're low on cash just make autoguns and nothing else. Attack with either lots of small ships or Thor missile.
The thing with the Nachomatic is arguably the most counterintuitive thing I have ever seen in a point-and-click game. Isn't there a size problem anyways? Seeing what you do with them, the machine must make very small nachos :=)
You people just don't get it. You can't simply make a blank game and expect it to be the worst game on Kongregate. It's *nothing* compared to the junk I've seen. Some people take making lame games as a true calling, make dozens of them, each lamer than the other. Against this, you don't stand a chance. 2/5 ;)
It's far from being the worst game on the site. It's actually OK for a first game. 3/5 from me. If you want to see something *really* lame, type PaperCup in the search bar and begin your journey ;)
The max level potion is a rip-off! There is no added bonus, it's purely visual... I was expecting something epic like triple duration, I'm so disappointed!
For people who have 102% and don't know how to get 104% : the item you're missing is probably the dead horse. You get it by killing the horse and picking it up quickly just after (if you're too slow, you get the ending before you can grab it). And light the fire in the cave with fireball. Seriously there's no point in bragging about achieving 104%, it's just about a stupid glitch.
You should write somewhere how the temple of the monkey god works. The description is very misleading : I thought the more powerful/expensive tha towers I sacrificed were, the more powerful it bacame. So I sacrificed 5 sun gods, only to find out that...it didn't add anything. You need to say somewhere that it needs $10k of frost towers, $10k of mage towers, $30k of bombard towers, etc. And the fact that sacrificing more than that brings absolutely nothing.
Haha wish I'd thought of that! :P
