The thing I notice is, as I have commented on the other game, that this is BB 1, and the game already on was BB 2. Tbh, I don't see that much difference...
Okay, I just got into this game and it's promising. Anyone who has taken the time to read my profile would have noticed I am a third year Biomedical Sciences student: although quite similar to Medicine, there are considerable differences, e.g, most theory I read is known to me, but some diseases are not. About the game: as most I read is somewhat simplified but correct, it is quite realistic. The environment is nice and the setting is nice, but two aspects (at the moment) are certainly strange. One, the patients are all looking the same, aside sex difference. And two, how can a pre-med student get to diagnose a patient with knowledge in only ONE subject, no experience, no permission to examine a patient and no permission to question the patient? And then getting it right too; that's a bit bizarre. Nonetheless overall, the idea is great. 4/5 for now.
Odd. The original seems better: clearer interface, a tad bit more diverse, less clear combinations/usages... this still earn a 4/5 from me though: job well done for creating an epic series.
For C you need to die due to the bombs, for D you need to die due to the torpedos. A, B and E are obvious. Good game, I like the player's interaction. But pretty short... 4/5.
I think that those who are nitpicking about the differences not counting: the first time I clicked the Yin-Yang sign I knew what was going on: these cannot be seen as a single object and do not count as a difference, as is with the statue, the floors and backgrounds. It was not that hard to understand, and with a warning like the one here, don't moan too much please. 4/5
Oh wait, balloons are also affected by the artillery.... then only artillery is necessary, and although a bit more expensive to overuse, it's less than buying the golden nail. Oh, and for the game 4/5: only design, only too short and too easy.
For the hard badge, just upgrade the regular weapons and use artillery. Works wonders. Without the fire and water upgrade 10 or even 9 days is possible. Artillery and nail ARE necessary for the monsters and balloons respectively, died without the golden nail the first day balloons appeared. With some luck, the monsters are doable without artillery, making 8 days possible maybe: but artillery is very useful anyway.
1-3 is actually easier to do with one death than corpse riding: get the green key, go into 2/3 of spiked area without getting the red key, seppeku there, and now jump with the second animal from 1/3 of the spiked floor, through the key, on the corpse, and to the golden acorn.
Ok, nevermind, I got it from the official site. There I noticed as well that the 'dumb AI' is something the developer actually choose for; as well as having a slightly cliche storyline. If you can and want to make it better, I can't wait. Still, part one gets a 5/5.
Great execution, as the concept is no longer really original: the story, although a bit ripped off, is still a great addition to this game. The final mission was nonetheless expectable after mission two or three, so no real plot twist. I love the way the cut scene graphics are made, you should imagine (for those saying how annoying the black and white is) how difficult it is to draw monochrome, with shadows included it's harder than with color. The only part lacking is gameplay: it IS just a basic sniper game with one pro and one con: the pro is the different areas of the head leading to different kills, which is semi-realistic, cool looking, and original. However, the con is that the interaction between targets is not very realistic: shoot one target as he comes in and the others just walk in or remain motionless like nothing has happened. 4/5 overall. Oh no, wait. For the Youtube comments line you get 5/5 :). A question: what opera and/or Gothic song is playing in the intro sequence?
Level 8: keep momentum from the first fan and try not to hit the balls. With momentum, go through the second fan to the bottom part but not completely at the bottom, and swift through it and end up braking as hell when you're through it.
Level 19: you be as precise as possible: go to the top part first as it's the hardest and restart when it does not work. When you have to go back, do not go to the flag through the crusher but hover above the bottom first and hover to it afterwards.
Level 21: well... there is a bug here: grab an ingredient to the left, which are the hardest to take to the mixer. Now you don't have a lift it over the hill, simply pull it through the wall o.O....
Overall, good concept and well thought out, the only bad thing is that Full Controls simply do not help as much as they should. Never got used to it. 4/5
Okay, I'm seriously thinking of never playing this game again after my Reckless opponent got THREE three pairs in one turn, and TWO nothings the turn thereafter. I have a hard time believing you did not tweak it, even if the slightest. Will continue though, because I do like Zilch (always done), 4/5, FOR NOW, for the idea of making a Flash out of it.
4/5
As good as always, I'd not say it's better than one and two, and one still wins for being original :P.
mrdrman: err, your level is probably easier than you intended it to be: just drop in the gap to the right, shift, jump over to the left, shift back and jump into the exit :). Maybe the key was supposed to be a bit different placed?
Lol, getting top score for this game is not terribly hard, now have a joint first place with v4sH. Deadly cobra FTW! http://img385.imageshack.us/img385/8824/dcftwtd1.jpg
3/5
Letdown-ish Tactical Assassin game, although it was not in particular the knife mission, just the whole concept. You downgraded the upgrade section to nada, missions are less unique imo especially if you do not go for the easter eggs and there's no real story whatsoever (just some gangmobs shooting each other to oblivion).
Tasselfoot: the level contains to fences, or whatever you want to call them, from left to right. The below one has a bar in the middle of two normally placed bars (a bit to the right). Shoot that odd-one-out bar to get the easter.
I'll help the author: EEESSCAAAAPPPEEEEEE, escape, ESC, s-k-puh, ETC, is the pause, restart and mute button during a race.
4/5 for the game. Just plain and simple: ten races, eight levels, not too easy, not too hard.
Maybe the checkpoint glitch thing would've been better if the checkpoints themselves were crossed over sand as well, so that you actually CAN cut the corners legally: I think it's supposed to be the way it is though, as the computer uses it (if they cut too much you just see em disappear, that's pretty funny).
I have to agree that the music and sound is pretty bad, so one point off for that. But overall, good.
