IMHO not XGen's best game by far. Being a defence game with some twists (like the zooming in and out, and the intensively free play (no fortress or something)) this game is very good, but I think that DYC, Motherload (of which I have the golden version) and StickRPG would own in any contest and/or badges department. Looking forward to more of your games.
Good flash chess, but the AI is rather bad. If I can play 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 d6 (Philidor's Defence) 3.Bc4 Nf6? 4.Ng5 Qe7?! 5.Nxf7 b5?? 6.Bb3 Qxf7??? something is not right. Q vs B+N is easily won for the Queen.
Shadowstallion: practice makes perfect. Just a week ago I said I would not get the Impossible badge at any time. Although I still think that, I almost had my first pro perfect today, after not that long going. Especially the first song, just play it a few times and get the feeling, until you can follow it perfectly.
The essence of this game is nice, but I do think it's a bit hard. Your music is well chosen and the graphics are basic but certainly not bad. Just now, I made it to level 11 and died. So, I'm wondering, before I start replaying sometime, what does yellow do? Thankie.
WOAH! Former tries from me usually ended up at ~200 max. Now, I was on a roll probably, dodging quite a long time, and got 446. Yahoo! The game's a great idea (different control than other dodge games), but it's a little repetitive. And TBH, I think 400 is a tad bit too much for a hard badge (300 or 350 is better I think).
This game is good, but I so frikkin **** at it that I'm gonna give it a...... 4/5. LOLLMAOBBQ. Seriously though, although a copy of games like Stepmania and alike, it's a very nice flash version. This is, however, the only badge (Maniac) that I can wave farewell. I **** big time.
I think Thing-Thing in general is rather bad. Controlling the player is pretty hard, minimum and maximum ranges are not determined well enough (in Ultimate Survival vs miniature Beans). And last, but anything but least, maybe even the worst, drops are completely random. A guy blasting you away with a Vulcan might drop the Jump upgrade instead of his gun, and sometimes a level one suicidal flighter can drop health: you cannot change anything about it as player, and the Hard Badge seems to be based on drops more than on skill. Seeing that the creator opted for 300 himself, this game fails. For the design I'll reward a 2/5, though.
Great idea, great creation of the idea. Job well done to funkypear. The idea of actually calculating shots to get those damn plataniums is actually fun, not boring. Today, Gravitee granted me my second Impossible Badge (together with the pretty easy Line Flyer from Line Game).
This game's idea is wonderful. And that with black, white and no buttons. I love how the play area is unholdable when you have failed a level (the replay area keeps bumping the play area XD). Great game, and the 'powerups' are well thought out. Now I'm going to blast level 10's white areas, if you don't mind :).
Great game although it gets repetitive. I do not get most of you commenters though. Why are these badges hard/impossible? Just time consuming. Play two days per rl day and you'll have them in a flash (two weeks - month or something XD).
Bug occured for me for only a few seconds, after which I suddenly got promoted to level 4, now I'm 15 points richer. I guess, just try again, be happy it's 'only' level 3.
Very HANDY tip for level 12: just run around bottem right, top rigt, top left, bottom left and bottem right, repeat. No new enemies will span after ~20 and they are easily avoidable, not reducing frame rate.
The game has a good setting, but I think the gameplay is a bit repetetive and at some points hard to follow: where you should go to avoid the horde of suicidal enemies at a start of a wave is one, if it fails you'll be owned hard. The second is that IMO the upgrade system works vague. That can be me though. For graphics, music and setting I give a 3/5.
Great addition to Bloons, but I have to admit that some levels seem to rely a bit on luck more than on practice.
hxy1976: throw an arrow between the grey and two black blocks so that you hit the three mines in a row, now with either one arrow or unlimited, you should bounce your way up the black box shaft to your left (aim more towards youself (low row) and on highest power).
I rarely comment, but.... I just got...... 120.....
The ball was like.... falling/not falling 117 - 118, falling, falling 119, falling OFF, 120. OMGLOL. The game itself: I think it's based more on luck (where do the balls fall, do you have crush), more than skill.
