Since when did Godzilla have to apologize for destroying a city too QUICKLY!? I just don't understand the point of making a monster game that makes you feel less like a gigantic monster and more like a bitch that has to acquiesce to the arbitrary demands of a level.
It's happened a few times so I felt the need to add this comment. Love the game, but there seems to be a bug in some of the later levels. On both the Remains of Lucerna and the Forbidden City I've come across situations where I'll be flying close to a wall and get sort of sucked into it. Or in the area surrounding it my directional keys get messed up. I've only experienced it on those so far, but if you could fix this bug it'd be super cool. Thanks.
So, I equipped a katana that does 2d4 damage. Yet somehow I ended up doing 1 damage in combat. Can someone explain this to me? Did the computer just forget to roll the other 4 sided dice or what? Or do dice have negative numbers now and I just didn't get the memo?
I love how every time I get ready to give a game five stars and see who made it... it's Nerdook. While I doubt you'll ever see this, I just want you to know that you are the only flash developer's name I've actually bothered to learn.
Yeah, I had full health and it still said I "died". Does the base being destroyed in survival mode count as game over? That's the only conclusion I've come to, though it doesn't make much sense o.O
So, after like 8 tries, I finally destroyed every card in the opponent's deck for nest annihilator and.... I didn't get the achievement. Thank god I found that out before I wasted another 3 hours of my life...
Uh... so I was doing pretty well got to the sixth floor, was just about to face the boss when my character froze and all my health drained to zero. And now I'm staring at a black screen. Sweet?
I don't think I can ever go back to just regular minesweeper now. If there isn't a murder involved with my sweeping, I'm no longer interested. Damn you!
I don't get how so many people can agree that the energy system sucks (over 4000 people...) and yet this game is still above a 4.0. If you want to see change you need to vote a game down, not up. This is why games like Farmville thrive, because as much as you complain, at the end of the day you're still encouraging them to continue with their shenanigans.
The reason people put up a deck with no cards is to give others a way to gain free arena experience since losses cost you nothing on defense. Instead of complaining about it, you should be grateful :)
I don't know if I missed something or this is just a weird glitch... but after around the second boss fight enemies started taking damage whenever they tried to cast a spell instead of losing mana. It helped me out a bit, but I kind of felt like the game cheated me out of a good challenge. Great fun besides that, figured I should let you know about it though.
My only problem is not being able to choose when I could sell my own ship for cash. I had to wait for the damn pop-up. If I could sell ships whenever I wanted this game would be perfect in my eyes.
I get charging money for extraneous rewards like special cards or being able to buy them individually... but just to play the game for an extra hour? Really?
