Also, at the beginning the gameplay seemed to be "spam all cards to win" but then I got... lost the will to paint? by a rando, and the system really picks up from them; especially the final fight. Short but nice.
When getting to the chimney scene, for some reason the screen goes blank but the text goes on as normal. Might be my computer though, I've been having problems with the old girl lately.
As expected, a very good game, and I'd say the hardest of the three EL flash games. It was very cool that the completionist-friendly collectible was also the price to pay for clues. Although, and I say this from the most constructive of criticisms, the light puzzle can go eat an entire building full of wasps.
Hi, thanks, I guess. By "light puzzle" you mean the ambiance orb? I thought that was pretty nice and original. Oh well. This is the last game. I've invested two months of work into this and people don't really like it.
This has to be the most cookie-cutter case of artsy game I have ever seen. When my character walked out her apartment after the blackout I just kinda thought "bet it's suicide time" so I jokingly walked up to the fire exit and I saw there was an option and I was overjoyed and then she jumped and I laughed so hard I think I need therapy now.
I'm actually a little annoyed that we don't get to see the other parts of the residentiall, farms, and craftsmen districts, but since this game was awesome enough to make me want to buy the sequel that is ALREADY out, I shall be benevolent enough to allow it. You may now smooch my feet and whatnot.
Hi, thanks for your benevolence :) The "main" game is not quite a sequel, but rather a parallel story, and it's at least 10 times longer. More importantly, it's not out yet, the release date is in 5 days (Feb 22). Sending smooches to your feet :*

Fun fact: you can pretty much idle the game by starting the critical trainning. It nets you quick exp, and meanwhile the museum is giving you bank. I wonder whether that's the reason it costs lke 4 timmes that of the other trainings.
