Such a cruddy game. aren't going to get better, find something else to do please. Balance is horrible, sound is old and tired, music I annoying, graphics are too busy... and so on.
Absolutely no point, no instructions, and no game. The shots don't hit even when 'aimed' properly, and it takes forever to reload. Using the basic functions of a weapon shouldn't be a chore in any game.
I remember these 80s games they're referring to. They were simple, but good. This is simple and unfinished, and an insult to the genre they claim to be a part of
levels where you have to have high damage towers as well a -not- have high damage towers is kinda bogus. Making levels where you can't do both but have to do both... sucks. 2/5
very broken. the computer gets free 'units' when it takes one of your stars. You can be way ahead and lose anyway cause it suddenly has 20 units it shouldn't. 1/5
boooooring. Way too slow, graphics need work, the shots take forever to resolve even after they've all hit something, and there's nothing to work for except another enemy in the same place.
I got lucky and managed to get past the first system. Now I'm still stuck because once again, my fleet is not powerful enough to withstand any missions.
I've completed the first 8 or so missions. I have 4 left that I can see on the first system. I also can't continue because I'm simply not powerful enough to survive any of these missions. And since you get no XP from losing, I'm stuck. 1/5 for a horribly balanced game.
Undefined, we expect better from you.....
Updating my prior comment after 'attempting' mission 3. It took me 12 tries to get past mission 2, I really don't like the cheesefest that was hordes of fighters wiping out my barely adequate bases because I did not have enough time or gathered resources to defend worth anything.
The missions with no specifc enemy to attack, just waves of enemies from nowhere... very aggravating and no fun at all. Am I supposed to survive for a certain amount of time? Blow up the asteroids? what? They keep killing me.
Did you click on the ? to look at the How To Play screen? As for instructions on what to do, the point is to do whatever you want.
