There are apparently still plenty of people who play this game, for what little there is left. High Score Board shows at least 100 players in the Today boards, which is insane to me. I only came here out of nostalgia for the old gameplay, which you can't even get to anymore since the servers were shut down.
I've lost around 5 30sec 2x DPS things because of autoclicker issues in the past few days. I have mine set to 10 clicks per second, like the instructions tell us, but I don't use them during bosses, because I can two finger click my mouse faster. Yet I am regularly getting the error message after bosses, and having to fight them again and using the 2x yet again. Kinda ridiculous to be punished for clicking fast when that's what you're supposed to do
-- Since the update, it seems like the Automation is moving slower. Why is this?
-- 1 follower at a time regardless of prestige level? come on, do better.
-- Scaling: Needs to be better as well. 400 Nature runes is relatively easy, 500 takes forever because upgrades do not scale well. Makes everything less of an idle game and more of a active still requires way too much work game.
-- Debuffing: It's difficult enough to do the higher runs, why is the debuffing on prestige rewards and everything **so high** as you do higher runs?
The goal in making an idle game is so people will enjoy coming back to it, seeing progress, and doing a little more each time. This game feels more like it's been made just to keep people struggling longer to make things happen. There's already a lack of story or other interesting aspects to keep interest, don't make the core part of the game completely unfun.
Pretty nifty. I liked! was fast paced, not too much grinding, a few of the end upgrades were eyebrow raising, but overall, fun! Needs lots of expanding, could make quite the time killer with this!
Appreciate the comments. Having a small little prototype helped show me whats working and what's not, so I'm glad people like you are commenting and reviewing!
Controls are way to sensitive, and the action too fast paced comparatively. The camera needs to zoom out quite a bit more. There was a zoomed in camera issue right from the start when I went left and found the super secret warp and completed it. Warping back in, the screen was a third filled with the character, which made moving around and seeing where to go really tough. Maybe put in the instructions that mouse click also fires, because left ctrl as fire combined with WASD is hard to do.
OK thanks for telling me, what browser / platform were you using? I have been testing on Chrome / Edge and Windows x64 build and never had that camera problem. I use the arrow keys when using keyboard (will update the info), but a gamepad is what the game was designed for, like most 2D action games it's really best.
fantastic game, few issues: 1. Would like to be able to see stats of a team before moving. 2. Make it easier to run as QB 3. Pass interference much? Defense is constantly wrestling with receivers before they touch the ball. 4. Just because the ball touches the ground doesn't mean play over. If opposing team hasn't touched a player with the ball, why does play end if you dive or they dive when catching? Thank you for many hours of fun so far!
It's a great concept, but lacking a bit in execution. Not bad! Just a bit lacking. It's very slow to start, though gets interesting by day 12. The difficulty jumps up massively by day 15, and the queen? Much too difficult for time she appears. Overall, it's a great start, but you're stuck in the game with the wrong upgrades or lack of weapons, and no way to fix. Also, game was extremely slow, until day 14, when suddenly everything sped up 3x as fast.
I originally rated 3, but then I gave it another go, and found that I was very thoroughly enjoying myself. Simple game mechanics if you understand basic poker rules. This type of game and the addictive nature of it is why I've been coming to Kongregate for 10+ years. Let's work on some storyline to give it some more interest, and maybe even "decisions" to have branching storylines, and you've got something beyond solid. Thank you! 5 out of 5.
"You quit your project because of burnout." Annnnd stuck on that screen. Have to restart tab? Can this be fixed?
Have a "Want tutorial?" button instead of making us click through. Also, allow to skip scenes, like sleep.
Burnout? Any indicator of that?
Next update tutorial will be played only once. When quitting project it'll auto redirect to choosing a new project. Burnoutquit happens when you ignore sleeping 3 times, might also include an info on that ingame. Also if you quit or finish a project you'll continue with your earned skills. (Update soon)
If player inventory is full, we shouldn't be able to TAKE an item from the Adventure menu. It just disappears, and we don't get a inventory full message until the bottom fo the list, when we've already sold our stuff.
Nice game! Is stamina equal throughout the game? It sure does seem like even though I'm building up stamina, it seems to be depleting a lot faster the higher I go. That doesn't make sense. Longer battles, ok, but compared to when I started the game, the player gets tired a LOT faster when in reality he should be much more used to the actions of throwing darts.
Did the new update take out Maximum Energy attained, or whatever it was in Energy Stats? All of a sudden, I can't see what my best Energy from production was, and whether I'm now exceeding it in my current jump.
Why is heritage lost upon starting a New game? That doesn't make sense. I get the need to slow progress, but really? Like this? Really takes away the desire to play to lose heritage and gain little in return. Needs to be clear these will be lost. Additionally, make it clear we repeat puzzles until we get the next item. Only noticed when i suddenly lost some of my total income over and over.
Developer: Is there some very heavy influence from an old Blue Byte game called Incubation: Time Is Running Out? This almost instantly took me back to that game. Much as that shows my age a bit lol.
Can you PLEASE fix the Random Quests so that the Gain X Levels doesn't suck so much? I can go through 4-5 RQs by using chests and clicks and all that, but when I get a Gain 5 Levels one, I just stop playing for a few days, because being going from 1013 to 1018 takes quite a bit of time. Don't need super easy RQs, but something that doesn't take two days minimum would be nice.
No, no, no. I agree the warehouses were way overpowered, but +100 food now? It almost feels like after the first assimilation that I've just gone through a hard reset, and there are suddenly NO bonuses on ANYTHING I've done before. Now I just have a slightly better gold increase on the bottom tier (except I don't, because my prestige bonus from before rocked the hell out of the tree fairies). I went from actually advancing and looking forward to what the next tier of battle would be, to now I've practically started over. :(
I gave you 20 30s DPcs back - to refund those, and for the future if you run into similar issues
