Only lost one wave... the first wave with those shield-ship things. Easy game. Last boss went down in just a few seconds; basic cannon did 75's to it, and didn't require any charging to hit it. . . Great game, though I wish it got more difficult.
Fun! The light-stuffs really makes it unique. The last level was lame, though -- it was too short; took all of eight seconds to get to the end. 5/5 anyway!
@Omegnight -- No it doesn't; having to manually reload is an important part of the experience.
mm.... alright beat the game. I expected a number of deaths to be given to me after reading some of your comments, but I didn't get that. I'd kind of like it. 735 deaths or something. :)
You ought to be able to fight whatever monsters you can handle, instead of being cooped up in 'your level' zone. That would be a lot more mmorpg-ish, and would reward the people that have good builds/stats/equipment.
so-so. More interesting than most of this 'shooter' genre. However, the cutscenes are really slow. They're animated nicely (I guess), but boring to watch because they're so slow. It doesn't take five or six seconds to say two words; it takes even less time to read them.
Last mission: $665 for solving correctly with 50 turns left. 1/6 chance to guess correctly; 5/6 chance to guess wrong and lose $100. An average six games, thus, nets you (+665, -500) $165. This game rewards guessing!
Good game, though. :) 4/5.
I wish the voice-over continued playing even after I click to make all the text appear. As it is, the voice-overs just serve to be annoying half-second clips.
