Oh wow this is a terrible game. Had to actually stop myself from giving it 1/5 because I only give that to games that don't even try to be games. But yes, this was a very tough easy badge to get just because this game is so hard to stand. Can't even give constructive criticism because it just feels hopeless.
@DiphenylOxalate you're thinking of a different notation system. I don't know where exactly which is used, but I grew up with the notation of 1.001 meaning one thousand and one, and 1,001 meaning one and one hundredth. However, in other countries it's the exact opposite of that, and since the USA is one of those countries, most international stuff uses 1,000 to mean one thousand.
As simple as this game is, I can't think of anything wrong with the formula. Clear goal, easy to get into, bit of strategy, well-chosen time limit for quick bursts to try and break your record. Only thing to better is the animation, but that's always expected of a first game!
Too many flaws to get more than 1/5. First of all, the game often counts a return-press that was slightly too long as an empty input to the next question. Second, the instructions were unclear, it should be stated when e.g. your old password needs to be entered instead of it just being hinted at. Last, I cannot quit the Math Game. That's both a complaint and the reason why I can't check more stuff for flaws.
Oh man, I had a heck of a laugh with this. Hey, it might not be player-changeable (as in, the player cannot influence the game by giving a different input), but I really want to give it 5/5 anyway.
Btw, as someone who actually does enjoy idle games (guilty pleasure if you may), I can confirm this game drives close but misses all the marks that make such a kind of game actually enjoyable to fans of the genre. For example, it's ridiculous there's no option between 20 seconds & 20 minutes. That's not how time management works!
This game was a lot less frustrating than expected to play on laptop. I found it really entertaining, even! I didn't think that was possible for a mouse-only timing reliant game. I applaud you for this feat, creator! :) 5/5
