Game looks pretty, would be good if there were some sound effects and background music. Personally, I am happy with not being able to control the ships, but that get boring after a while so maybe there can be some other "overlord/supreme commander" things that can be added like managing a basic economy to produce research/production to upgrade/expand fleets in addition to experience from winning battles. Maybe the battles are just conquering planets for resources/economic growth.
Hi Xephan . i would strongly advice you to use other browsers if you do have this issues with firefox , indeed firefox is not the best option for the new webgl technology, so you can try better chrome or safari :)
How about an option to buy only up to an exact multiplier of what is set? e.g. If I have 113 squids, buy 5 will buy 2 = 115, buy 10 will buy 7 = 120, buy 25 will buy 12 = 125, buy 50 will buy 37 = 150 etc. For those of us with OCD for nice round numbers :D
@paul I think athens is easier to just convert generals to envoys and make alliances than conquering. Crux is use all the envoys at once to get an alliance and not to waste friendliness level.
@bloorocks: I think the info was given right at the start. If you click on the production stats at the top, you will see how much you need for the next scout. So if you simply have production maxed at a low level, there wouldn't be enough scouts. For comparison, when I won at 144, I had 2 scouts left over.
Commander, your wish is my command. Hey you are the Commander, right. And not only that I also added the info of how much you will benefit (multiplier of damage) from the prestige. Sincerely Corporal Tutnix
The game talks about weapon, but there doesn't appear to be any information displayed about it and does not have any visible effect on slaves/sec. The floating text above planets blocks text from the upgrade buttons. Research queue is also unclear and confusing.
Commander, from your reading I understand you might be grinding on a lower planet. I think if you go to a higher planet you will see the numbers rising. The tutorial explains it: There are astro-physical reasons that prevent us from conquering ... err ... befriending too much planets per second. Sincerely Corporal Tutnix.
Stars are just for show - a record of your best score on each level. (gold stars for hard mode)
