Absolutely likable. There are a few things that could be tweaked. Like the mouse stopping to respond when trying to aim impossible angles.
Longer maps and more power in the bow would be interesting.
But good work.
Using the mouse to control your car does not work, it's unprecise and you can't stop the car once it is moving.
I'm also confused as to how the game figures out who will win in a head to head collision.

It's to unrealistic in the way the car handles, and to top it of the idea is not original.
Graphic wise you should add a driver to the car and the front tires should be visible when turning. 2/5
I found it confusing at firs, it took a while before I understood that the dude on the screen is your friend and that "I" apparantly is in some kind of helicopter shoting straight down.
It would actually be better if it was the other way around, with your character visible on the screen and your friend giving cover fire from outside the screen.
The game lacks an ending. The simple solution would be to earn 1 mill to buy the dream house in Tortola or something.
You also should have some way of working yourself up to get more tools and higher income (with a higher risk). As it is now the game practicaly restarts after you have sent away the dirty money, since the money and stocks are found at the same place.
Why are there coins and stocks in the streets anyway?
I also think it would be fun if the police mostly used cars, that way it could be like a race game.
But this have potential to be something fun.
Well, it's a start. I know it's you first game, but I have a few points that I think you should look into.
First off, with the way teh planes moves and overlaps you would be better up having more general space invaders type of graphics. It's perfectly acceptable for blocks to move that way, but not for planes. Planes goes down in flames if they hit another plane.
You ship is to big. Instead of having to first shot down the plane, then the bombs and then the burning wreck to avoid damage. It would be better if the task was to shot down the planes while they are far enough away from the ship so that they crash in the sea instead of on the deck. That way you would a add a bit of strategy into the game as well since the player need to take the speed of both planes and ammo into account.
The planes should also dive in when droping bombs. This would make them harder to hit.
I like it. But since you want feedback I'll have a little list:
*I like the way you see what direction the wheels are pointing.
*The collisions need some work.
*The track is to small or turns to sharp compared to the turn radius of your go-kart.
*The Go-kart should not be sentered, it should be a bit off sentered so that you can see the next turn as early as possible. At high speeds the turns comes to sudden to react properly.
*The dirt seems a bit off. If less than half your kart is on the dirt then you don't notice it at all, once more than half hit the dirt it acts like glue. So it either need some phsics work or the dirt should reduce your speed depending on how many wheels are touching the dirt.
