I'm not a big fan of the controls. I'd like to be able to shoot with SPACE or something so that I could play it one-handed. I know I can use WADS instead of ARROWS and that I can choose to use either J og Z to shoot, but using J means I need to have my right hand on the J-button and using Z while using WADS means that I need to move my ring-finger in a weird way.
Another alternative if you are supposed to use both hands on the keyboard would be to remove the need to use the mouse in between levels.
The game becomes a bit more complicated than it needs to be. Instead of having a tsunami turning earth tiles into water tiles it would be much easier to have a simple color replacement function. The backstory kind of gets in way of the puzzlegame.
The some of the pieces are a bit hard to rotate since it's not all that clear that you need to click on the rotating arrow and move your mouse pointer up and down instead of the more logical circular motion that you would expect.
Played this until level 3. I was kind of hoping that it was only the first mission where you was shooting at targets and that you would later advance to shooting armed terrorists that shoots back at you.
In addition you reloads way to quick.
The game have some qualities, but as it is now it's too boring. Why don't add friendlies as well as a penalty for missing and causing damage to private property?
It was a bit confusing that some items required you to zoom in to interact with while others could be interacted with from further away.
Some items was a bit to hidden, the stick and the circle comes to mind of good example of that. Some descriptions would be nice, like a message saying that the draws and cabinets are locked when clicking on them.
I really like this game. It combines a few game concepts that we have seen before, but it's still good. I like the boosters that helps to prevent this game from becoming frustrating when you encounter difficult obstacles.
The problem here is that you need to click the LINES of the character not within the lines as you would logically.
If you have problems enabling hits within the character you should use a fill color or something.
Another thing I notice is that when you "miss" the target you get the message that you killed the wrong guy, despite the fact that this message is always caused by a miss.
Fun fact: You can't kill the wrong guy as the game does not register the click if you line up your sight and shot a bystander in the spine or limbs.
Needs some work, but it's not all horrible.
I keep running into problems with the controls. Sometimes the character just seem to float in the direction he was last moving, often bringing my character far out into the dark.
It's better than most game of this type. The puzzles are logical and I like the twist that you are a thief breaking in, instead of trying to escape a room. The biggest problem I have is the navigation. Even after having played this for a while I still find myself clicking the wrong place and ending up in a room where I didn't intend to go.
A very good room escape game. The puzzles are okey and I like that the mouse pointer changes when hovering over objects that we can interact with. Other escape games often turns out to be pixel hunting where you need to find the exact right spot to use an item. Keep up the good work.
The graphics are kind of cool but the game is not all that good. The problem with going offscreen can be countered by flying after the arrow icon, but it's still hard. In my eyes the game would be better if you had started on the ground and flying over more realistically mountains.
The mention of the word opaque in the game is just further proof that the person who uploaded this is not the same person that made the game. There is no way someone that can not spell prison correctly also know a word like opaque (even thought it is used incorrectly).
I must say I agree with most of the others in here. It's a good game, but it's not original and it does have some problems.
First of all it's often hard to identify the correct row to counter the enemy, and then there are the issue of the tactical element; it really doesn't exist.
The romans was infamous for their use of formations when fighting, why not reflect that in the game in stead of having just skirmishers running randomly and alone around on the battlefield?
A problem with the short time you have solving each level is that it's hard to take the time to follow the story as that means you will either need to restart the level or use the hint button.
It's a bit to easy actually, but I like this. Anyone other than me that was able to escape the fort with the figurine, the blue and red medal and the hammer still in the inventory?
