Wow, really fun and inventive. Definitely haven't seen anything like this before. Not clunky and weird though, only takes a sec to get used to the mechanics. Awesome game!
For me it was pretty good until the addition of "double mine" blocks. That's just too much mental math, and it's so hard to easily distinguish at a glance (not that there's really a better way to display it, besides not having it at all). That just seemed to add only a tiny bit of extra logic but a whole lot more tedium.
The no save feature makes it a 1/5 for me. I got about 15 levels in, hit menu to see how many more there were, and had all progress deleted. Very frustrating
Nothing is more satisfying than being on the brink of victory, and sending every one of your tentacles after the single remaining enemy and watching him be utterly annihilated
A lot of excess clues, much less streamlined in that regard than mine of sight. I agree it'd be quite nice to be able to eliminate used clues, or at least mark them as completed, since the game doesn't do that automatically (even if it did it automatically I'd still like to have the option, to eliminate some more complicated clutter).
really interesting game, sometimes the easy walking for long stretches can get tedious when you're retrying a level over and over. Should be a hard badge, not a medium badge.
Wow it's amazing that you're still responding to comments! Replayed this game after a couple years, and that upbeat music still brings a smile to my face :)
Awful pixel hunting, and the fact that levels don't stop even if a green circle is slowly crawling forward is just awful. Sort of sucks that this game even has badges, seeing as they're hard as hell for all the worst reasons
Love this. Exactly what I wish minesweeper was, fully logic and not random chance. I can see how much thought went into every level, the added mechanics are perfectly balanced to add just enough new possibility without making things stupidly contrived.
