The art and style are great... has a great film noir feel to it. The interface is so clunky and the dusting so difficult and unintuitive, however, that it makes this game a chore to play.
Yeah, screw this. I made it to level 2 and between the drowning and the spikes and the dying every few seconds and the complete lack of any sort of direction, this is about the least fun I can imagine a flash game being. Card schmard.
This is just bloody awful. I'm jumping around some giant, falling to my death every 5-10 seconds... can't figure out what to do, and the controls are unresponsive. I can't conceive of what is supposed to be engaging about this pointless frustration-fest.
Got it!!! Whew, that was a tough but fun "hard" badge. For level 16 on Epic, just keep pounding that beastie. Time stops and fast/high-damage units is the key.
What good are bubble points? Bigger tanks are easier targets, and being smaller is far more beneficial than a few measly hit points. Gun points are the only thing worth anything, and there are so few there's almost no point. There was obviously a lot of work put into this game, but the balance is horribly, horribly off.
Okay, I don't get this. There are only two rooms and virtually nothing to click on? What are you supposed to do? You can't interact with anything. What's the point?
Level 9 and I have no clues. There's no way to die other than the initial fall, and no way to place that corpse so you can bounce on it to the other side. Literally nothing to do. What now?
I wish I could complete this story, but I find it absolutely impossible to manouver. I can't make it more than an inch past the 3rd statue... every key tap, no matter how gentle or precise, lans me against a red block. Totally impossible to do anything at all.
Wait, I "unlock a new item" but the game is over? Ah geez, great start to a game, but totally unpolished. Fire bow is way too powerful and there just isn't enough time to really do anything.
