Why do people keep making this "arrow keys to drive" games. They're so annoying. Do you actually play them? How about using the mouse to steer, where the bottom of your screen is the top of the steering wheel, so I can turn a little or a lot, like in a real car.

Kind of fun. It's annoying how slowly he moves in the air, especially when I did not intend to jump. Also, what's that shark doing there in the river? If he actually got there, he'd be drunk from the fresh water. (Alternatively, what I am doing out in the salt water? I'm pretty sure it would kill a piranha.)

Also, spacebar and/or enter to 'Try Again.' (I hadn't yet needed it when I wrote the previous note.)

Spacebar or enter to go to 'Next Level' would make it less annoying. It's a keyboard game, don't make me reach back to the mouse to do the obvious thing.

I liked it, but it needs waves so that you can take a break. Upgrades would be interesting, I guess, but I can't think of what really makes sense. I'd like starting the line to be a little easier to catch the boat: Either make the click zone a little bigger, or make it so that if I drag over a boat and I'm not currently drawing a line, pick up the boat and start making a line for that one.

I love games like this! Simple controls but fun, interesting, and challenging. 5/5 I loved the last level. More please!!

It's pretty thin, as escape games go. I've seen plenty before that used photos, so all your talk just built it up to more than it was worth, and made you seem ridiculous. Humility would have earned you another point.

find me one that isn't real photos. you won't.

I have loved this series, but this one was the weakest, I'm afraid. I'm still looking forward to the long game!!

Sorry, I had to give it only a 2, though I wanted to like it. It seemed as though it was just trial and error and dying a lot to find a sequence that brought me in contact with the other player. Once I managed that consistently, I went all over and couldn't find anything that looked like an exit. So I thought maybe I was supposed to go off of the far edge from where I started -- no dice. I still don't know, but I've given up. A mini-map showing the other person would be good, so it is strategy and not just luck to find him. Or even just an arrow towards him. Then make it more obvious where the exit is. ??

Cute, a twist on this style of game. But YET ANOTHER KEYBOARD GAME WHERE YOU NEED THE MOUSE TO SAY 'NEXT!' Seriously, is space that hard?

Great fun. I'm disappointed, though, that I couldn't get to the saws. :-D I'm looking forward to more! One suggestion: Every level, include, hidden, pen and paper for a suicide note, for bonus points.

You're letting the operating system deal with the keyboard, which is a mistake. The problem is that the OS waits half a second before repeating. Then, when you make the pop sound, you must stop collecting keys because if I was holding one of the side keys when it hit, the next one to come out jumps a few positions. You should be getting the keyups and keydowns and managing movement that way. Second, one of the pieces is the same color as the background. I left a hole which ended up next to a single block left by that piece, and I couldn't tell which was the hole and which the filled in block.

... My other issue is with not making it clear which items are "active" (i.e. clickable) or not. If you aren't going to give a cursor indication, then you have to be extra generous with the click boxes. The problem is that the first time I tried to pick up the bat, I must have missed the click box. Once I realized that I had missed it, now I had to go back to every single thing -- all the books, balls, miscellaneous weird things that I guess were radios, etc. -- to see if I had failed to click that. When you're testing, you don't notice if something takes an extra click, because that doesn't lead *you* to have to click every stupid background thing, just in case. Anyway, great first escape game, and I look forward to more from you, hopefully longer.

Great first try! Some comments and suggestions. 1. I really like the move arrows. I dislike games where I'm trying to click something that looks clickable near the edge and suddenly I've moved. 2. I really like the cursor with an arrow when I am holding something. It's nice to make it clear where the active part of the held item is. 3. I didn't like that the hole and the keyhole were not active to their respective actions when zoomed in. In fact, after I unscrewed the drain, I was going crazy trying to figure out how to open it. I finally decided I must have missed a knife or pliers or something that I needed to pry up the actual drain. It wasn't until I wandered all around and came back to it that I saw it open. Also, my first attempt to push the key, I zooomed all the way in, first, and was puzzled why I couldn't push the key. ... (on to next note)

A nice start. Some ideas: Add gems that can only be harvested by the main controller itself. Add a counter or some indicator of how many free harvesters are available. Give some one-use items either at certain score points or else after retrieving something special (quick collect harvester, super drill, white destroyer, etc.)

A good idea, but needs to be first-person, or maybe over-the-shoulder. As it is, you can't see far enough to know where you're headed. And, for Gawd's sake, it's a freaking keyboard game. Don't make me reach for the mouse just to hit 'Try again'!! Space bar or enter.

Why does the stupid upgrade panel keep coming up? I didn't hit anything to bring it up, and I can't afford any upgrades. And in this keyboard game, I have to reach for the mouse to make it go away. When will you guys learn this lesson? In a keyboard game, offer keyboard shortcuts whenever you can!

No worse than a million others of these. At least you got one thing right that so many of them miss -- you can just hit spacebar to retry or go to the next level. Why are the piles of hay as solid as the rocks and logs? That would have been an interesting thing to add to the genre: actual textures that affect the way you ride over them. For instance spinning your tires on hay or soft earth would quickly dig a hole, spewing the substance out behind you.
