@ravewarheit The blade thrower is my favorite gun in the game. Just run around without shooting for 30 seconds, then shoot once and mow through like 50 dudes. Ahhh, dat' feelin.
@dawndmon Just upgrade a bunch and blast the crap out of it. Buying the first temporary level boost helps a lot too; just keep your cursor in one point, and you will keep popping back to it over and over as you are pushed away.
Wow! I beat a really hard level, and even got a silver! What a sense of triumph, and reward! That $25 will go really far to saving up for the $25,000 upgrade I'm looking for! That is why this game feels 'greedy'. Because it's just chintzy in so many ways. If I beat it without any purchases, I will upgrade to 2/5 - but no higher, it's a superb game that is ruined.
I sympathize with the developers plight..but the numbers just don't add up. I give you $25, you give me enough credits to fully upgrade...ONE, of the 15 available weapon upgrade paths? What in the world? In fact, $25 won't even fully upgrade my laser? Do you really expect anyone to fork over $100 to upgrade their monkey? Sorry, guys. Your expectations are just completely unrealistic. I buy in game purchases when I feel that the game gives me a lot for free, and that I don't HAVE to buy them. Love your bloons madness, but going to have to join the downvote brigade here. Just doesn't end up being a fun experience.
GOOD: Satisfying controls, great animations, very satisfying 'feel', well programmed, no bugs BAD: Shallow gameplay, no challenge, repetitive/boring, no challenge to gameplay, simply a game up upgrades like those 'launch' games, ultimately unsatisfying. CONCLUSION: If you want upgrades, play 'Upgrade Complete.' If you want a deep satisfying 'dig for minerals' game, play the classic 'Motherload' RATING: 2/5, sorry.
Haha all these games try to pretend they're better than motherload, but they're not. That game was clunky, slow paced, bad graphics..but it had a gripping, claustrophobic, highly stressful quality that made it a great and engaging game. This game is fit for 7 year olds.
Definitely one of the most boring flash games I have ever played, and i've played thousands. 1/5, simply no fun or enjoyment in it, becomes monotonous in seconds.
