I cant believe that in games like this there are infantry running towards a tank with their rifles thinking they could beat it... I mean who do they think they are?? Snake?

That was 6 hrs of heated debate to find that solution. i made a sweet little animation that never made it in of him pooping open the hatch. Will have to bribe onur to put it in next version! -Leigh

Something that bugs me: the heat upgrades for the machinegun, in practice, act as a downgrade. In those uncommon circumstances where continuous fire of the MG is not a complete waste of ammo, the heat upgrades ensure that the MG does not heat fast enough to reach the red zone (where its damage output peaks). Frequently, situations where the unupgraded MG would achieve red-level rapid fire will not even reach orange with all upgrades. Perhaps the cooling upgrades could only affect the weapon once it reaches red. Or, an alternative, the size of the yellow and orange regions could be shrunk with each upgrade, so red can still be reached in a timely fashion.

Hey just like to say this is a awesome game with heaps of potential.
Just some ideas
Enemies - The soldiers are more like a pest than a real enemy. Maybe like a RPG soldier that can actually seriously damage you
Aircraft Enemies - A flying enemy, maybe a new AA turret
Mines - minefields that can be triggered by mortars
Campaign - Longer game obviously ( i know its a prologue) add a story to it
Allies - Friendly Tanks, soldiers even turrets? May lead to defending missions
Thats all i have to say ;)

Fun game but I didn't like having to restart from the beginning after dying past the first shop checkpoint. There should be a save option

A good idea would be to put an "current overview map" on the screen so you can tell where you currently are and where you've been or need to go AND IF you are missing any enemies or crates that you have passed.
I would also think that the enemies ammo traveled faster so it's not so easy to dodge it.
A great upgrade would be a perk that allows a tank to become heavier and able to drive over simple rocks and barricades....
The enemy ammo travel faster on higher difficulties. We're certainly considering making them get gradually faster on further levels, to compensate for engine upgrades. As for the overview map: maybe for the next version. Although we wouldn't want to give away the locations of crates, we'd like to keep them semi-secret. :-) -Onur

I was happy that I finally got dual-heat seeking missiles right after I beat the boss, but then I realized I had beaten the game. Way too short, but still a 5/5!

We're definitely thinking of something along this line. You'll either keep your upgrades, or they'll somehow affect what upgrades you start with I think. We haven't decided yet. -Onur

This is pretty damn good, keep going!
Also, surprise surprise, I know where you got this! IRON TANK! Man I loved that game, best NES game ever, screw mario! This thing is basically an homage to the intro stage. I can definitely see this making the leap to a bonafide console/handheld game if you can stuff enough in there. Something to note about that tank choice suggestion on the comments, I think you should have a 'hitbox advantage' on the lighter ones also...make them either slimmer or smaller overall.

i beat the thing three times but i didnt get the acheivement WTF other then that though its great the graphics are good and the gameplay is incredible and maybe something to think about but it would be cool if there was a radar so you can be prepared because i always found myself getting raped because the screen pans and i get shot like 6 times anyways yeah great job im lokking forward to the sequal thanks

I'm not finished with this yet but..I really did not expect to like this. But, I do, a lot. Good graphics, fun, exciting gameplay. I'm very surprised, switching weapons is a little awkward since you have to lift your hand but, it's not that bad. Please, make another. I really expected to hate this, so me saying I love it says a lot.

Wow! I was seriously stunned! Great graphics, interesting gameplay. Nice action, not too hectic, just right. The variety of weapons is interesting too, especially with cannon and mortar.

Now this is a rare thing. The creator of the game is replying to comments showing that they are listening and will try to input your ideas into their game if they are good enough.
Whenever we consider adding something to the game, we have to consider if it will make the game more fun for the players. If people let us know what they enjoy, it makes our job so much easier. :) -Onur

AMAZING game, and I get that the rocks are at different heights, but there should be a way to tell which you can shoot over and which you can't, such as: Dark rocks are able to be shot over, but lighter rocks, you can't
Actually, all rocks can be shot over, there's just a chance it will not go through. We are looking for a better way to handle this for the next version. -Onur

This is a really good starts. Reminds my of Commando or Ikari Warriors. The only gameplay issue I had was that ammo grabs were on a higher level than the foot soldiers and hides them. FYI, tanks don't use "clips"; each shell is chosen and loaded individually due to the nature of different ammo types and safe ordnance storage. I don't think any gun has used an actual "clip" since WWII. Everything nowadays uses a magazine.
I know, clips of shells don't make a lot of sense, but sometimes for something to work gameplay wise, you have to forget about how it works in the real world. After all, real world is boring. :-) How would you explain a tank whose turret can magically transform between a mortar, a cannon and a machinegun otherwise? Think of it as a crate of shells they have to open up instead, if it helps. :P -Onur

A fantastic game, I can see that you guys have put a soul into your work and it really shows, I can't wait to see the next version that comes out but until then, I'll be spending most of my time maxing out this rather awesome tank. 5/5 from me.

The thing I find most upsetting about this game is that you cannot start the game without firing the main cannon, while it isnt a big deal on the Standard or Veteran level it is really annoying on the Elite version

nice game =) 4/5 needs more stuff... the upgrades were nice, but i only get to use them for one little fight with a door... and i bought the repair to 100% health and i exited the upgrade station and i was damaged for like 1/10 of my health...

I bought the heatseekers thinking they would be freaking cool, but there is no way to use them even though i cycled through all the weapons a bunch. A hint on how to use them, or usable heatseekers would be sweet.

Awesome game :D Really smooth and it doesn't feel like you just rushed like some other games :) If there was a multiplayer version of this, I swear I would play it non-stop. 5/5

Good game. I like it a lot, and look forward to more levels. And for the homing missiles, they can be fired with the "space" button. They do not have to be selected.
