Adolf Hittler - "I can think of at least one historical figure who would oppose this. That's right: Adolf Hitler."
LOL
Either your mother or father's mother, generally speaking. (the idea is that you are getting zombie bot virus spam from your grandma's horrificially-infected computer)

so, if the game resets we all lose everything? Because it might be nice to let the winning party keep their stuff (and I'm TOTALLY not asking because I'm a green party member).

when it says constituent support is at 5% can it actually be lower because it seems to be very hard to increase once it hits 5%
Your election chance can never go below 5%, no matter how low your constituent support is. The description of your support on the status screen will change to something about an angry mob with pitchforks and such when your constituent support goes below -10,000.

So I'm wondering, when do elections take place and will the Speaker of the House be chosen then? We'll run out of space soon at the rate we're getting new candidates.
End of the month. I will likely be increasing nomination requirements for the next month, though this month's elections also ran about a week longer than intended as there was no nominated candidate by the end of last month. This will be the first time the speaker election actually happens at EOM.
One person playing many characters. It's a big problem for turn-based games, since it's very easy to do. There are various ways to prevent it, but most will sometimes catch legitimate players in a situation that appears to be multiboxing.

@Sandtime There is a warning. The tiny red envelope that appears at the top of the screen is a warning. If you click it, you'll go back to the main page, and see the warning.
Yes. Some people miss this, but please pay attention to new messages. Especially if you're new. Some are superfluous for more advanced players, and an exclamation point will come up next to the indicator to alert those players of more serious messages that might be drowned out by the expected message indicator.

The 5 five year plan is immpossible to get by yourself, i suggest that anyone can add clout to the bill and at some point it will fill up to the top. Other groups can see your progress, so they are when it passes.

Is there a way to change out who you have as your cronies? I had friends who were active, but have since stopped. I haven't been able to find a way to swicth out who are and are not my cronies. If that isn't already something you can do it should definately be added.

I am a doctor, and you are showing signs of paranoid schizophrenia. I took an oath to do no harm, and it does more harm than good to leave that unchecked. If you feel offended by this, it only reinforces that diagnosis.
No you aren't, and no I'm not. You do realize my doctor works at the Stanford Clinic of Medicine, right? I see her routinely due to having a genetic disease, and I've had both a CT scan and MRI since all this started in part to help prove to the authorities that there are no problems with my mental faculties (my doctor also never saw any signs of any and hasn't so much as suggested that I should see a psychiatrist). If you were actually a doctor, you'd know that trying to make a diagnosis like that over the internet is idiotic. You'd also know that schizophrenia involves severely impaired writing and general communication skills. Which obviously doesn't apply. So you can stop lying about your supposed medical credentials any time you'd like.

Other countries already attack if the relations are too low. Excessive defense spending , embargoes and opposed executives could lead to that.

Maybe you need more energy(10) or less stress(50)? But you have a point, this message is far from being a good one in that situation.

(Forgot to mention this:If Q does have a mental disorder, that doesn't matter, because by all means, i have a disorder or two as well. Puts us on equal footing in that regard.)
I just got finished building an enterprise-class multithreaded social network data processor that communicates with a distributed cluster database for storage in such a way to be used as part of a cross-product data analytics platform as well as a digital marketing platform. This was for the job at which I am very gainfully employed. You can't do that sort of thing if you have the kind of mental disorder you're claiming I have.

coolguy is right. We never did anything to your game, except not believe in some imaginary stalkers, most likely some childhood bully that you use as a scapegoat for everything because you can't grow up.
If these stalkers are really as powerful as you say, why would they being doing small stuff like messing with your server?
So you're just pretending like the majority of those banned didn't get caught red-handed colluding to hack and damage the game? I thought it was pretty funny that one of those talking with you confirmed the authenticity by trying to deny significant involvement. I might have not even believed it otherwise.

This game actually makes politics effing INTERESTING for once.
Even though you're still spouting nonsense in the game, it's cool to experience it in third person.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I, uh, did you intentionally leave your computer unsecured while knowing that the stalkers have access to your house?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I did actually play the game if you bothered looking :P. I even used up all my energy before I got bored. But hey, if it helps you sleep at night
So you haven't played Liberal Crime Squad, then? Or Mafia Wars? Because my game isn't really close to either in any way. Also how can it be a copy of Mafia Wars AND LCS, by the way? Surely you agree those are completely separate games with basically no similarities whatsoever. Well, I guess they both have guns. That's something, right?

So since the stalkers are now more directly attacking your server, in addition to the evidence you've found on the subject, are you able to bring this to the FBI or Police and have them arrested for continuously attacking and interfering with your game?
Have lots of people who play the game contact the FBI about it and provide their thoughts/evidence. Don't spam them waiting for a response, just tell them what you know and your take on things with the server. CACloud is apparently owned by an American company, so it's likely they have a bit more legal authority. Otherwise you might have to talk to the Canadian intelligence services/police or the CIA I suppose. Part of the problem is that the stalkers bribe/blackmail/etc. a lot of public officials and law enforcement agents as far as I can tell.

I seem to recall that there was an ongoing discussion about assassination price. It was balanced just right at the beggining of the Clout and then people learned that they can rise their salaries to the sky wich effected in everyone assassinating everyone. It was then that Q added police protection, doubled assassination price and added protective equipment (in that order). Now that people are more reasonable with their salaries and CongSec is almost always in place people start asking to lower assassination price (quite reasonably as it is now harder than ever to succesfully kill someone). I recall that there was a notion that prices of skullduggery should auto-balance according to salary in congress but it was deemed impossible to implement due to some technical nuances and the very idea being prone to manipulation (rising salary for getting budget and lowering it for act itself) among other reasons.
The auto-adjusting price could be implemented, but would of course be prone to abuse as you mentioned. Realistically I think I like the price being high as they shouldn't really be common occurrences, but on the other hand I think they have too minimal a chance of success at this point due to how protective equipment works. Also, since I added the no stress gain chance for protective equipment, I think it might be too good in general. I'll look at balancing the protective effects of it to make heavily stacking it less useful against assassinations.
