I'd like to point out a problem with the Bulletstorm ship (haven't really used a lot of the other ships yet). If you're bumping along the outsides with your ass against the border, and you try to use your special, because the missile spawns SLIGHTLY behind you, it explodes on the border and not a single fragmented bullet even flied out from it. Definitely a problem if you just like to skirt around the outsides shooting inward.

i actually like it i gave it a 4/5 bacause theres a MAJOR problem with shock and awe your 'lightning traps' push enemies out of bound and you can't shoot them there for it make it impossible to kill good graphics very good commentary i found mmyself laughing uncontrolabley 5-6 times then when i look up i forgot to hit 'p' so i died

stop begging, this game simply do not deserve 5/5. If devs needs to be rated 5 on bad games to be able to make good games, we're not going anywhere...

I'll have to admit, I'm disappointed. That this was built using the BT3 engine is painfully appearant, but with the blatant lack of customization, this is simply a reskinned, inferior BT3. There is really no point in playing this...

OK I have ONE more wave till i beat the ga- OH SHIT 3 AVATARS!!! GOD DAMN THESE SHIELDS! *mission failed* FFFFUUUU!!!!!!!!!

What is the point of such close-ranged seeker missiles? You don't need intelligent rocket guidance when you can hit the enemy ship by throwing rocks out your spaceship's airlock.

What do you have to do exactly to get your ship 'collected'; I've already bought 5 and used 4 of them, yet the achievement counter still says I only have 2. Am I doing something wrong or should I just report the missing achievement?

Originally, I went through buying each ship as I could afford it. Then I got to the 9000 part ship, and stuck with it until I got stuck on a certain mission. Then I saved up for the final 30,000 part ship and made that mission a piece of cake.

It's funny to me that this game is really just a more "polished" form of Bubble Tanks, they are about 95% the same game. And yet I found Bubble Tanks to be fun as hell, but this game leaves me completely flat. Just not fun at all. Game design sure is a funny thing!

Tried the Very Hard side branch too many times and couldn't beat it. After testing weapons I found an exploit with shock and awe where you can push enemies outside the arena and they will be unable to do anything until they come back in. Used this on the big green guys and it made the level a cake walk.

I have been a fan of HI for quit some time. Bubble tanks 1 h got my attention and the evolution of that series has been great. I truely hope that this game will see the same level of of development. 5/5 for useing an exsisting game model in a new way. I was hopeing for customisable ships ala bt3 but maybe 8in Dead metal 2.

Repetitive. Nothing I haven't seen before. Teeny tiny screen. All you have done is redecorate a pre-existing game, you didn't actually develop anything. 2/5 for coloring-in.

Fun game, but beating the "VERY HARD" level boiled down to lucky shield turret spawns on the 4th wave. The whole shield turret system needs revising, honestly.

The nice this about this game is that if you buy the AI 3100 you can just go afk in one of the lower lvls and farm money and buy the best ship :D easy why to get the achievements:p

I really enjoyed the fact that i didnt have to worry about those annoying upgrades... too much extra trouble... guys this game was truely perfect the way it was. i enjoyed my time playing this, from the ship variations to the witty comments the enemies and the main charcter made alike:D 5/5

The only issue I can see with this game is that the invisibility is pointless if the ship has taken damage, you can literally track it by the health bar. Other than that, solid game 5/5

i gota admit this,
A few games on kongregate i dont enjoy but if they have achievments i just love them cos i have something to aim at! :D

Shock and Awe is an interesting ship, but two problems. First, that white flash from a single hit is rather annoying, but when tons of things are getting hit the whole screen goes white. Second, it's possible to push enemies outside the boundary where they can shoot at you but you can't shoot them; not a big deal for enemies that chase you, but some of those larger ships just don't move much.

I know it's supposed to be frantic, and I'm not sure if this is because I'm too far in the game with a lower yield ship, but the game plays way too slowly. I feel like I'd rather have the weapons damage increased and the ship's health decreased. As it is, in just feels like a grind no matter which of my ships I use =/

...why is there no mute button? (Or if there is, where is it?) ...no flash game should ever come without a prominently displayed mute button in the corner of the screen or pause menu, that is easily accessible at all times. Or is that a feature that would have to wait until the sequel? :/

this game is....too small. It need a larger playing area, because you can't see the enemies until they're right on top of you.

1. Buy a really good bass.
2. Plug it in.
3. Crank it THE HELL UP.
4. Buy the sniper ship.
5. Fire the secondary weapon.
6. BE IN THE GAME.

every game like this needs autofire option...i don't mind using the mouse to aim, but since i tend to hold the button the entire time anyway, it'd be infinitely better if i could relax my thumb instead. 2/5

Why is it when you blow a ship up the only thing that survives is a few gears that happen to be in perfect condition and somehow float to you?

I can't judge a game by features it doesn't have. As much as the developer would like me to give the game a 5/5 because it MIGHT have weapon upgrades and other standard features in the future I have to rate a game based on what I get to actually play. After all, how can I assume that those additional features won't LOWER my rating because they were done poorly? As it stands the game is too repetitive and the screen size is waaaay too small, which makes it hard for me to track enemies and dodge their bullets. The frenetic pace is ok, but the small screen makes this a sadface experience.

I know it's based on the bubble tanks engine, but I would like some deviation from the circular battlefield- some cover would be nice, be they asteroids, planets etc which could absorb some shots.
other than that, it's pretty good. upgradeable weapons would be nice for the inifinite mode, something to use the scrap metal towards after buying all ships.
and in infinite mode, i think a combined shock and awe and crusher would do really well- push the cap ships out of the battlefield, finish off everything else, then shock the cap ships so they stay out of the battlefield and hit them with your seekers. at the moment i'm still switching between the two
