There's a glitch where when I buy someone to try and place them, it just positions them right under the "buying" box. I can't seem to move them, nor can I sell/delete them. This happened after I recycled a few of my other gunmen.

if a single runner got to my units, it would kill them all... fortunatly, all mag big gunz 'aint gonna let that happen.

" " = a human * * = Captain "Help! The creatures killed all the humans except for me and you, captain" * Well, construct a weapon!!!!* " Since we don't have any humans, constructing a weapon would be useless unless you are saying that we both go and attack those creatures" * No, just make a weapon, the human comes with it!*

Just finished the game. There should be a rescue phase after the final wave. Something where you have to fight and move your entire team into a space craft. I liked this game though. Great graphics.

I mean this is the first game and it's awesome! Don't expect all those extra features and graphics until the sequel you know.

so for some reason a person that has a monster behind them won't turn around and kill them when they just killed their buddy. good to know.

Press 'E' to prepare for battle and fix critical holes in defense. Press 'W' to start the battle prematurely. Scream at monitor.

In the start menu the green light is Morse code. Its the 3 shorts flashes, then 3 long flashes, and then 3 short flashes again. It stands for SOS. Good thinking with that one!..---_ _ _---

Just saying so you can fix it ( Maybe ) Spelling error: Roll over nailgun and read it, on the last word of the first line it is distance not ditance.

Losing your defenses at the end of the day bit. Also, having a snap-to grid for unit placement would have helped a lot. Good idea, subpar execution.

This game has a killer concept with above-average execution. Other people have made some constructive comments--I'll just say keep up the good work!

There are a few small things you can change that will make a huge improvement, the first and most important would be to make it so you can view all field of vision cones and see them in different colours, as anakin2177 has said, also, the different enemies need to actually look different from each other, it feels like you’re always fighting the same enemy which along with a never changing environment really kills the atmosphere and immersion, also, last two weapons need to be balanced, the "death laser" needs a narrower field of view and the Imploder needs a smaller radius, on day 5 with my starting resources I made a line of Imploders backed up with 2 Beam Cutter guys which saw me through to the last few waves, (Using secondary powers occasionally) because everything got knocked back and pushed into large groups and got all cut down, There are other small things, but these are the most important.

People in games do the strangest things. These men don't celebrate at all at the end of a day of killing aliens. I have seen more enthusiasm from people receiving terribly made burgers

Simply wonderful game, good story, good gameplay, and for the most part extremely balanced. (the 2nd to last gun is too strong and the last one is too weak power for price). I think you should take this game to the next level, you've already set it up so that the people can shoot backwards, why not more guns, more enemies, more maps?

cool game, but the flamethrowers being unable to defend themselves once a single hunter attacks from the side killed it for me.

Weak! Game is awesome, but since the left corner is off map the underground guys can go down the left edge, come up off screen, and then anally probe your whole force.

It would be good if the units had a small attack radius around them. I get that there is a cone of vision, but its a bit ridiculous when something starts attacking my units and they don't fight back...

I think there should be an upgrade window once you click on a unit, where you can upgrade it, or sell it. Maybe repair too.
Regardless, 5/5

To everyone who says they need to be able to attack in a full circle/wider range/etc... That would defeat the purpose for one and you obviously don't pay attention to the story of the game. The creator states that the helmets on the survivors suits make it hard to see in the first place.

Nicely done. I did get a bit bored though, there needs to be more variety in the enemies or at least more to plan for. Maybe the waves could randomly concentrate on the far left or far right? Great game, thanks for sharing.

Alien Overmind- OK, lets try this again.
Hunter-Hey, um, can't we just attack from all directions instead of just the Southeast?
Overmind- ....
Hunter- Yeah, I mean, seriously, we can just dig around their defenses-they cant even hurt us under the sand.
Overmind- You just don't get it, do you? We HAVE to attack from that side only! I feel a supreme being above me forcing me to only attack there, he claimed his name was nicotuason of MaxGames. We must obey!
Hunter- ...I hate my life.

It would be a nice feature to have the resources from the last wave of the previous day be the starting resources on the following day. Also it would be better to have the units able to see/attack in a full circle since people are able to look to the sides. A color coded view wedge would be helpful for figuring out who is covering what.
Good game over all though.

This game is easily one of the games with the best comments ever. Congratulations to Kongregate members for giving suggestions. About the game: very good, love the gameplay, but it's sadly too short. The dificulty is just perfect, starts easy and gets harder not too fast. Also, love the graphics, the game looks amazing. 5/5, but it can beenefit from a few changes that people already pointed out.

The game's great as it is, don't listen to those asking for trenches and whatnot. Its beauty lies in its simplicity. It could use an endless waves mode, though. And that 'tactical campaign' idea someone came up with sounds like fun. Like, where you have to solve half-done battles.

This game is absolutely amazing. This actually may have been the most enjoyable flash Ive ever played. I only have two minor criticisms. 1: You need to make it possible to separate a units firing radius/range. When you have 30+ defenders, it gets difficult to figure out whos shooting where. Maybe a colour-coding system, as suggested, or perhaps even an interface to view a single unit type's firing radius. 2: More gameplay! Maybe a survival mode or just more levels would do. In any case, five levels just isnt enough when you make a game as good as this one!

i love this game so much :D somehow it brings back the memorys of battlenet and starcrat brood war fighting off millions of zerglings with a siege tank :D

great game. needs a few improvements though. needs more money from tougher kills, some way to tell apart ranges, a fast forward button, and possibly ground splatter disapears faster to reduce lag. otherwise a very good and original game!

"O noo! A giant monster is attacking me from the side. But wait! My feet are somehow magically glued to the ground so lets just stand here while all my buddys will one by one get eaten. Hurray!"
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
whew...nice game. upgrades definitely would be better. more damage, trenches, campaign, and some other things. As for the game, on day 5 i was like HOLY **** because of the enemies numbers, i thought i was about to get mauled to death, you could stand to make the game a tad harder, seeing that i never lost once, and on the last wave on day 5, i didn't lose a single man.

As said already, if it goes more in depth, you have a legend of a game. It would be nice if you could see firing lanes of only a specific weapon class, so it would help the placement of units
