The option of clicking the arrows on the pieces just to move them really limits our ability to play this game. That, or it's a completely simplified version of your usual sliding puzzles, since I managed to get through the levels up until 9 quickly.
The game seem fairly laggy from my end of playing, but other then that it's a great way to entice a player's hunger for those sweet, bake ring-shaped desserts. Doughnuts, OM NOM NOM!
Still one of the best and my personal favourite CCG/Multi-player games on the site. Though it's disappointing to hear that the game will no longer have new features and such after reading the IG announcement. Hopefully the devs will change their mind. :-(
After time, the game starts to lag on Mozilla for me. I'd only wished that the developers would include the option to adjust the image quality (Low/Medium/High) of the game.
Given that there was no instructions or tutorial on how the game works, this almost appeared to me as a(n unfair) platformer game, with the addition of cases where there were lags, evidently shown at times when mario remains in his jumping posture throughout the obstacle. Level 6 was just a pain in the ass.
Some of the rendering you'd likely did for objects such as the logs and lilypads were not done effectively. There were some obvious placement issues, such as times when I could step past the turtles and over the lake, and to other times which I could not.
Because my up key is broken, I really hoped that there would be AWSD keys as an alternative. I too, must comment on how it looks exactly like a duplicate of the original game but perhaps created/programmed differently?
With the exact copy of the puzzle image being set as the main board (background), it doesn't make the puzzle any more of a challenge, but rather less than it is.
I feel like the developer created and uploaded this game for the purpose of publishing his well endowed interest in 2 things - 3D girls and sliding puzzles.
I'd root for you to create more puzzle games that are based on widely known video game characters. That gives a fresh new theme to your puzzle games and could potentially draw more players to try your games.
The pictures were all very fascinating. My personal favourites were the Giraffe and elephants one. It's good that you had also provide the sources of those images collected, since many games tend not to do that, and are completely ripping of the sites that are being uncredited for.
There are a few bugs. First ,all the right pieces do not align to the (supposed) correct position on the right of the board - we can still see traces of the empty Board. I also suggest you use a new set of font for the numbers in the timer. They are hard to read as it is atm.
Despite the nice theme and design, the game player itself is rather ... shabby. I've gone through the tutorial but like everyone else, do not understand the main objective very well. It's still very vague. That, and possible bugs are still in affect.
Same connect 3 or more concept as most puzzle games, but with a unique theme. I liked it. For people who are unaware of the two "M" pictures, know that they are different, and corresponds to the 2 horoscope signs Virgo and Scorpio.
You should consider adding a description, or some form of message that pops up to the player when they select an item. That it can enhance our interaction with the objects in the environment that we are in greatly.
Solved it at time 115. The BGM was suiting to the game, and I would also add that you could have build on more to this puzzle - such as including more than 1 image, different modes (Easy/Medium/Hard), or the option to remove the timer as well as other features.
It's a nice and simple puzzle game, but it is also quite lacking on description and instructions on how to play. You should incorporate a tutorial section, undo button and even the option of hints for players. The game also appears to be quite laggy on my end of the screen.
