*Hiding behind 7 proxies* "Okay I'm safe." *Bashes Gutsy with crate* *sudden blue horse next to me* ["We having fun? Cool cool, I'm just gonna borrow this!"] *The Equidroid proclaims before teleporting away with my freshly bisected lower half* "Guess I'm going back to the last checkpoint." *Seinfeld Theme at earrape volume*
Me: *Fires 3 full volleys of artillery into a trench, 9/10 shells miss by miles, 1/10 kills a single person.
Germans: *fires a single shell, kills 3 full entrenched platoons*
You focking wot m8?
Sitting completely still, using a handgun with +4 accuracy, half my shots will manage to miss an enemy entirely at a mere 20'. But in one shot, while driving through fences, I can snipe a civilian while they're a single pixel in the distance, and nail them EVERY-SINGLE-FU*KING-TIME. I didn't know I was equipped with Warcrime-seeking ammo!
The direction switch is sometimes decides not to work, a lot of the premade levels need to be checked for accuracy, it needs a way to distinguish background from tangible objects, and it's far too easy to dislocate wheels and die from a proper landing.
After four separate tries, three of them being abruptly halted by separate questline breaking bugs, I finally finished this broken pile of crap game and got all the badges....I never want to see a castaway game again, and hope a third is never made or at least never badged.
Gonna be honest, I absolutely hate the aesthetic of these games.
Everything is either hideous, hard to visually make sense of, or blends into one big blur.
Who came up with the moronic idea to not only have a boss enemy that throws unavoidable grenades, but force you to fight two of them at once for a recon mission? Ensuring you're either grenade stunlocked to death, or stunned and trampled. Flyanvil find that guy and kick him in the head.
I do not know what the problem is, I'm all right. just set the size that should be, because earlier it was less than necessary. can you have a small screen?
Game screen is broken in this update. The bottom hud (ammo counter) is halfway off the screen. And the resolution even less Kong friendly, I'm having to zoom out from 90% to 80% just to see the whole screen. The quest "Cryotechnology" still misspells "Cryogrenade" twice as "Cryogrenate".
After a few more hours of playing, I've noticed a handful of problems. 1: All the Bloatsprite info entries misspell the name as "blotsprite". 2: Many perks need actual numerical values to the bonuses they provide. (Empathy for example, how much does it increase ally damage? 20% 100%? Nobody knows unless they take the perk and test the numbers.) 3: Light Step is a straight up full of horseapples. It only works on mines and bear traps. Laser detectors, tin can alarms, tripwires, and I think pressure plates will all still go off despite being categorized as traps.
thank you, I ended up doing what OldYouth said and refreshed the tileset. I couldn't use a rune since I died instantly upon gaining control, and you can't use any pipbuck actions during the respawn "cutscene."
There we go, it finally f*cked me over good. Spawned me into a tunnel where I respawn instantly visible to a turret, 2 ponytrons, and a mister gutsy. I'm caught in a death loop.
Blows all my ammo, fries a recharger pistol, almost burned out on mana killing bloatsprites. "Holy sh*t is there a bloatsprite hive up there?!" Takes a suicidal charge up the stairs to find there is, in fact, a bloatsprite hive. >:/
Yeah, no, f-ck that last level. I like puzzles, but bullsh-t where one wrong move and you have to start a 30 button process from the beginning? Screw that!
