1/5 until I find the mute button. I appreciate trying to put good music in your game, but I wish you'd appreciate that I have my own music that I'd like to listen to while I play games.
I'm not sure if this is a bug, but a battle was generated for me that's impossible to finish. I have all melee units and a goblin archer spawned on an island tile that normally would only be reachable from one tile... but a chest spawned on it.
Can you please lower the amount it takes to craft to a thousand? I've been playing the game for 17 hours so far and blacksmithing is only at 800. And that's the only one I've been doing, so I can't imagine how long it'd take to get the others up as well, but I'm not going to even bother trying at this point.
Gave it a 3 to start, then dropped down to a 2 by the time I got to the part where the grey is above the screen. I think there's a big problem with a game when I can't even accurately describe what part I had a problem with since there's no levels, just random difficulty spikes across the game.
There's a pretty serious balance issue here. If you just max out employees at level one, there's no reason to not just sit there forever and rack up cash until you've purchased everything else before upgrading capacity. Increasing the cost of everything by 10x is way too much. Instead of balancing, you're just bogging the game down and making me wait around forever until I've gotten the necessary cash to buy everything else. Then I just increase capacity to buy the higher end units to conquer the rest of the map.
Lower the daily salary and cost to new workers when you upgrade capacity, because as it stands it only serves to drag the game out (and not in a fun way).
I really liked this game until it turned into "keep restarting until you get a very specific set of prefixes and suffixes to complete this one god awful objective." Great game, horrible challenges.
Loaded the game, went to options to mute it, found I had to click to get sound volume down to zero, saw the game paused after each separate click to go down by 2 out of 100, left this comment, exited the game.
I liked the game a lot but I would recommend that next time the instructions could be a little clearer. Like it took me quite a bit to figure out that I could move the different tile pieces in the beginning. I don't know if confusion was your intent since you made the controls vague, but I'd really rather prefer clear instructions instead of just "use the arrow keys, GOODBYE EVERYBODY"
AHHHHH. Just about to win the littlegiant cup against the obnoxious dodger, he's down to 100 health and I die. But! I use the phoenix revive to come back at full health. And then the game freezes. This badge shouldn't be hard, it should be impossible, just because of how many bugs I have to overcome just to complete this p.o.s.
I'm not really sure why one of the top comments recommends splurging all of your gold on stones in the marketplace before descending to the next level. You can just infinitely farm the training fights for any jewels you need. There's no point in wasting gold in purchasing them anyway.
@Clockwork Cree If you're low on health, reset your stat points and pump it into health instead of damage. You'll still do enough damage to survive each encounter. Hope this helps.
I'd rather spend all day trying to get pandemic 2's impossible badge than play that p.o.s challenge 6 again. Killing that stuff in under a minute is hard enough as it is, why on earth would you make it 50% health as well? That's just horrible game design. And here's a tip, if a bunch of players agree that something is difficult it's kind of hard to refute that. Next time invest in some play-testers.
