The really hilarious thing is, I already earned this badge (in 2010!), but because the game won't load the API won't report that fact to kong, so I would have to go through the whole process just to load the game and then immediately leave. NOT HAPPENING... 1/5
odd-ish controls... annoyingly repetitive music... level design is more gimmicky than intellectually challenging... same concept done much, much better by color link a pix.. 2/5
When I saw this badge, I was hoping it was a new game... I might just replay all of these anyway. Terrific game! MINOR interface issues don't detract from the enjoyment of this wonderful puzzle game IMO.
This game is stupid. Random combinations are required, hit boxes are sneaky hard to find, and even when you have the right idea, what should work doesn't. Why do I have to put the plate on the counter??
Can't say I really understand this game. Been playing for 20+ minutes now. It's cute, but extremely repetitive, and not at all challenging. All the first 10 buildings basically seem to do the same thing - I don't see any reason recommending any particular building over any other (in fact bookshop/undertakers and general store/hardware store have the exact same stats). The biggest challenge seems to be simply to remember which spots were any good for bombing, and where all the damn ore went when it's hiding behind all the buildings. Maybe I'm missing something, but the first half hour of gameplay certainly hasn't made me want to stick around and find out what it is.
the lack of attention paid to game balance is too glaring to rate this game really highly... every enemy starts with a fully loaded castle and upgraded units. A more evenly matched game would mean much greater strategy options but that was clearly too much effort to design.
And you should NOT be able to blow up a barrel when standing next to it. The mouseover highlight distinguishing "push the barrel" from "shoot the barrel" is too slight.
5/5 awesome put together game. small complaints: a bit slow overall. interface slightly clunky (willing to trade-off for graphics). max 8 levels is too low, all my guys were maxed out on the useful skills in level 8. only Magnus can use the best weapon. Not enough specialization options. Not enough use for credits.
