Finally just decided to end it all with 395 achievements. I, too, made it to safe spot F several times, but couldn't get it to give me the accomplishment even though it gave me the "all safe" one. I also looked in every room, collected every "ignited" achievement, but couldn't figure out where the 27th torch was. And ultimately, the game was too laggy to even try to pinpoint jumps enough to combo 12+ in the hamster room. Guess I'll have to settle for 97% done.
Yeah, super annoying. My elephant barely moves now, and the settings menu won't open so I can at least save my game. Grr... I have almost all 600 pellets, too.
ooof. Extremely laggy, and I really wish those GD "number of accomplishment" banners would stop popping up along the bottom of the screen. I can't see where the hell I'm going!
Well, I'm not sure what game mixt was playing that s/he thought the final boss was so easy. I keep getting three bombs at a time, mostly all in front of me and there's no way to jump over the fires they leave behind. If it was one bomb at a time, I might have a chance, but it looks like I'm just not going to be able to finish the game as it is. Very sad.
Wow! That *was* bad. I hated the fact that I had to place all the stones in my inventory and then hand them to myself. And the total randomness of having the lower right statue touch himself to reveal the final door? The waterfall looks like a vagina after you take the crown? Very weird and kind of pointless.
Also, it'd be nice if you made it so the solutions to puzzles you've already solved held. It took freaking ages to solve that gear puzzle, but I had to back out of it to go back and get "the thing I came for" (to which there is not even an allusion as to what that is), and when I came back to the gear puzzle... ta da! I have to do it all over again. I'm out, not gonna finish.
"the vessel that carries the soul" = soul, not body? "the marrow which binds us all" = body, not bone? "the essence of life it possesses" = bone, not soul? Well, hell... at least I got blood right.
Keep trying level 10. Not sure what the 2x speed boost is that plujan refers to, but I am moving to the left to get the green up arrow, then running back and trying to push the block next to where I start onto the switch above the lava pool. I can get it to land in mid-air next to the switch, and even managed to push it on there once, but only by sacrificing myself into the lava. Dead, level restarts. Bloody hell, CodeCat. Why don't you at least tell us what the 2x speed boost is?
I really liked it, even though it was short. Gravity made it a little more challenging, which I liked. I never got stuck, though I went down roads I couldn't get up, so I had to go back. That's called "problem solving," folks, and it's part of what makes a game enjoyable. Excellent first attempt. I hope you add more levels so I can come back and talk about how much I hated it because it was too hard. LOL
Am I missing something? I basically ran right through 15 screens, jumped a few times, but otherwise did absolutely nothing and won the game with three stars and 50 points. ???????
These are some of the slipperiest controls ever, making it impossible to retain any kind of health. The save points are SOOOOO far apart, too. So by the time I get to the boss that I need to defeat, I have less than half of my life left. Then I'm defeated almost immediately and then have to go alllllll the way back to the last save point. Too bad. It was sort of fun.
I'm playing on a laptop and I don't have the requisite 5 hands it takes to complete what I think is level 14. Too bad. I liked the game up to that point.
Pretty enjoyable, except that after all the work you did to get the 12 keys, the game doesn't actually end because you can't get the 13th key. Philosophically, it makes sense, but at least have some kind of comment that actually ends the game or something. Otherwise, it just makes you think, "really? I just wasted all this time for nothing?"
I have only two items left, but the checkpoints are too far apart. I have fought and fought to get through a couple of the rooms and then have to fight the unkillable flying death dudes and the floating blobs to get to the next checkpoint with only one life left? Forget it. Not worth playing.
Well, tried again on a different browser (Chrome v. Firefox) with an update to Flash and was able to get past level 27 and 28 building the necessary platforms. I was hung up on level 31, until I read elkosoltius's excellent suggestion. I don't have another key with a left pointing arrow, so I just pressed fn + the left arrow key and was able to get "home." Don't worry if you can't get there, though. There's no more game play after level 31 so you won't miss anything if you never hit the home button.
Lol, well glad you liked it, even though I am sorry to say that I am not planning on adding any more levels.
