This hard badge felt easy. Or was it due to having a ridiculous amount of luck with the RNG giving me one easy mini-game to go from 3.4 speed up to 7.2 (at which case i got bored and almost fell asleep, costing me The Game lol). Overall, quite a lot of fun; i will be coming back to try to beat my own high scores (mostly the multiplier of speed).
Quite a lot of fun. Too bad there isn't an option here to upload custom levels. I have a few that I would like to upload myself, and I would like to play some as well.
WASD keys + CTRL for jumping is a bad idea. CTRL + W = close tab/close window. It doesn't work out at all. Maybe make an alternative, like Spacebar, for jumping instead?
433.685 seconds, using S. Took a while to get here, but still made many mistakes. Noticed that only using a letter rather than a name or word speeds the whole run up, since you won't have a word (your name) blocking the way at the start.
Seeing that there is no high scores list for this (i want one, but then there will be some people attempting to hack and give false scores for their profile for whatever reason), other than comments, want to just post your best time, and the letter you started out with? Other than B. B is the default starting letter.
It's been a while since I played one of these games. I enjoyed it, but I can see that some of the puzzles frustrate people. All I can say is that sometimes the answer (and notes) is simpler than what you initially thought.
1147.579 seconds. Granted, I played through it multiple times, but this is the first time i fully completed it. Lots of fun, but going to try out later on which starting letter could unlock the most paths before collecting a letter
Mini-rant aside, it was a great journey, but hopefully the next one will be better for both the community and the staff; by taking the mistakes made during this game and applying better choices for the next one.
i was expecting this to die out eventually, albeit much sooner than it is at the moment. Glad I never spent a kred on this game. Although I'm going to miss the times back when this was on beta, and when it was much better, I won't miss the more recent times, with all the updates ruining the game instead of making it better. The arena update and heavy focus on pvp/tournaments (something the community was practically demanding for) were the main things that hurt the most. By focusing on the pvp/tourneys, it was inevitable that chapters would no longer come out as often (or at all). Sure we wanted it all to be free, but let's be honest: Konami needs to make a profit off of the game, and if they bring it down to being completely free and easy to win, then they weren't going to get anywhere. I can see the reasons why they made the changes, but those changes were too drastic.
Now that I can play the game (not sure what happened last time i played/commented), I'm loving the challenges this game is giving out with each puzzle, despite how simple it all looks. It has a nice difficulty curve and quite a lot of creativity behind each puzzle. Would be nice to see more games like this on here. :)
For some reason, the game fails to load for me. Stuck on the loading screen, never going past the 3% mark. Willing to try out the game when this issue is resolved.
there seems to be many typos coming into the game. On Hero select, choose is misspelled as "chose". In the prologue, first screen, imprisionated isn't a real word (as far as I know). If it isn't truly an actual word, then imprisoned should be there instead. Second screen, "fire burning faces" should have a hyphen in-between fire and burning (fire-burning). Just some spelling mistakes I noticed for this game.
@Malfavor unfortunately, the current status of the arena is with the fix they did, although it is nowhere near what it was originally before their massive changes to the shop prices and arena earnings. @AGA57 you haven't seen anything yet. @Funland47 this is a spinoff, a Facebook spinoff, so it would appear to be quite weird indeed.
Hmm... I may enjoy this, but I see some spelling mistakes, specifically with the names. In one case, Todd is renamed to Tood, and in another, Snake is changed to Sake. I wanted to go through every possible scenario, but it seems that one decision at the beginning (when the paths first begin to branch out) determines whether or not you get an ending. I was hoping for an ending at each of those branches (with the exception of the ones that were obviously wrong). Still, a good game. 4/5 for the spelling errors though (I'm a bit heavy towards spelling and grammar in a game, unless it is intentional). :P
to give an idea of how long i've been waiting for the next chapter, i've been getting on every 2-7 days to claim gifts only. I have 3430 energy at this point in time. Nothing worthwhile to spend it on, and I don't have the time (and no longer any dedication) to go through arena and the tourneys (especially since the 20 dp price to enter is too expensive for a free to play player like myself).
how to get more dp? the best ways were removed a few months ago, getting dp is a chore nowadays, either getting 100k in arena, getting ranked high in tourney (costing 20 dp to enter), or having yourself and your team rank high in teams tourney. Other than that, it is simply getting stars and going through story (which i've been done with since the day they released the last chapter, some months ago). BAMGO takes about a month of non-stop coming in to get a decent amount of dp (a month's worth of time for a couple days worth of dp). Arena used to be the best way to gain DP before the major arena update, and the weekly challenges were the best way to get free cards. Before the major shop 'upgrade', most of the cards were available and were cheap (the most expensive packs were 20 dp). Overall, this Facebook game started strong, but as it all turns out in the end, it has gone from free to play, to pay to play (or at least to advance).
