Finally got around to playing this chapter and while it was very well done (4/5), found a bit of a problem with the mirror world rules. *DOUBLE SPOILER* When you take the tsinoitpecer's access card, miJ says a reflection has to be able to carry out the same action as the real person. Yet, in Ch 1, ykceB is able to leave that sock despite there not being a sock or even a washing machine in the laundry room. Weird, right? Or maybe I'm thinking too hard...Yes, that's it. Thinking too hard *pops a few of Jim's pills*
Looks like an interesting game, but, I think the game froze after the dream sequence (after the screen turns black nothing happens). Also, there wasn't any sound even though there are songs listed in the credits.
Pretty good game, but, could really use an actual restart button. The green button with the arrow sends you back to the main menu AND erases your progress for that section
In case it helps anyone, the flag has to raise all the way up to count as completing the level. There were a couple of times where I touched the flag, then died while that **** flag took its sweet time raising up
Holy #@%... I remember this game! Played it when it first came out, thought it was awesome then, and does not disappoint 2 years later. I do wish there had been a sequel/continuation though, but hey, c'est la vie, right?
I mean, yeah, it's so not annoying when you're in zone 3, go to dive at an enemy, and have it disappear because a boss showed up.. TOTALLY not annoying at all. Good game otherwise
Also, I don't know if it's a bug or not, but I came back to the game after beating it and now me and the bosses are moving/shooting at double speed. If it's intentional, it's much more challenging in this mode
Solid mouse based time waster. Yellow gave me the most trouble since the hitbox for those spinners don't exactly match up with the sprites. Loving the music behind that red boss. The black boss was pretty easy since he '*spoiler* samples' patterns from the other bosses..
would it be possible to allow us to customize our own keys? I freaking HATE using space to jump instead up arrow/W (unless there's a good reason for it) Plus, then I'd be able to bind space bar to the parachute so I wouldn't need the mouse at all. Other than the awful controls, I'm actually really liking the game so far.
I won't be adding this to the browser version, but I do have a free downloadable version where you can assign your own keys. Just search "TimNedAtton Leap" in your search engine of choice and it will show up. I'm glad you're enjoying the game though. Thanks for playing!
Nice little time waster. Solid controls (aside from the other wackadoo cars running into you), would have liked to have different backgrounds for the different tracks, but that's minor. No idea how in THE hell you're supposed to beat that vortex though...
Easy: Think Reverse and you will will win everytime. Just avoid hitting the no bracks obstacles( sorry it took so long to reply, I don't normally check on kongregate)
Actually better than I expected.
The animation during the fights was a little choppy, which made banking shots harder that it should have been. Does the game size really need to be this wide, though?
About the game size: This is my first game, and I didn't know what resolution would work best, so my next build will be smaller and should run smoother.
Glad you enjoyed the demo! Did you finish? If not, I would appreciate knowing what hindered your experience.
Thanks.
