The extreme fail of explaining ALL the mechanics in the game (at least when needed) is just awful... what does disaster buttons do except f*ck your tower over? Nothing positive at least so why have them? For laughs and giggles when you're done? Yea... in a week!
Some of the levels are INCREDIBLY hard, pretty much anything with stuff coming down from above that bashes one little bit of the tower sticking out so the entire thing flips over, how much do they weigh? cmon <.<
The only thing explained how you unlock is the other modes... some sort of help would be good <.<
This game just ain't good... upgrades are cool but spending 3 hours falling to your death to get all the upgrades so you can THEN see how far you can get is rather demoralizing <.<
Controls are messed up, it's waaay too easy to get pushed around like you mean nothing, if you start falling off the edges you pretty much lose because you cant push balls over the edge to gain money to KEEP BEING ABLE to push them off...
It snowballs out of control too easily...
One annoyance: You don't seem to gain increasing amounts of money for each nightmare nor is the 'reality fragment', 'nightmare' and goal entirely explained... to me it seems like there are 2 'nightmares': The ones that work as waves or levels and the overall one that's all of it put together.
My main issue is still the money gain, it's annoying to gain half the money you did on the previous nightmare!
Decent game but sort of annoying that you can't check the costs of the upgrades further down the path, that the top path (darts -> lasers) costs so EFING much more than the lasers and rockets and that you don't have a chance to redo the different stages is annoying...
Heck I didn't even get a proper "you won" sort of idea, just that it says I got to stage 5 wave 3... is there anything beyond that? >.<
The timer feels buggy to say the least... won't even BOTHER trying this game any further until that's fixed (I don't feel like losing half a moment after the screen changed and I don't even have time to look around)
I'm not super excited about this game... it gets too hard too fast, there's too little explanation on what happens when you die, how you die etc...
Did I mention the super sliding fail of the controls so you can hardly control where you are unless you move semi-slow? Sort of hard to kill those things you gotta hit in the back then <.<
I got no idea what the yellow hat did and I just completed the game... heck I were actually counting on a game where you start out with 1 hat and then as you go through the levels you find more and get introduced to them through an example (though extremely simple so it's obvious it has other uses).
The first were harder... I like the random 'worried' and 'happy/relieved' expressions though, it gives a bit of individuality to all the different small balls of orange I'm trying to save xD
I frankly dislike how the enemies seem to be able to take down a huge number of your forces extremely easily the moment they have tanks and if they have the same troops as you do you better pray they dont have tanks and collect all of yours.
