The 2 biggest issues I have with this game (now, reviewed it some versions ago too) is the lack of any sort of splash/area effect damage or AT LEAST slow as well as the complete pointlessness of buying multi towers.
Did I mention it was made REALLY fooking difficult to get expert on any levels because of the lack of area effects? :\
The multi tower just starts wrecking entire levels once you've gone past level 6-ish (depending on income and how well you've done with the upgrade points/expert scores).
It's fairly easy (like that) and has a big ass upgrade system as well as a fair big amount of achievements.
If you had a choice between this and 'hard' difficulty (so you could get a challenge once you've completed it or just get a challenge from the get go) this would be close to 5/5 for me, for now it's 4/5 ;)
Really needs some sort of explanation on the awards (it's 1 go, not combined) and the amount of money paid for a the different boats is just stupid, as townsforever said, 100k for a canoe? >.<
I myself had 220k or so and got a stinky rusty fisherboat!
Nice game, decent length but the difficulty seems to spike a bit when going to lvl 4 which was a bit annoying since I had to gather money in lvl 3 a bit before going to level 4 and attempting to finish it for more money so I could progress to lvl 5 xD
Level 5 is hard but not crazy silly insane hard, just takes a lot of concentration and a certain level of upgrades (I did it without full speed, pull strength or pull speed)
Classic, not the best version of "connect the pipes" sort of games, kinda short but overall it does the the promised job without any actual flaws.
Room for improvement is always good :)
Good game but EFING make the bonus levels easier to balance... you could spend half an hour just getting half a word right, a tiny mistake of pushing to 1 letter and it all collapses! >.<
Fine for a first game and works as intended. Bit short, bit boring but a good first game no matter how you look at it :)
Keep going buddy, you'll be able to make some better things later (don't mind the negative comments, people on the internet are jackasses)
Don't see much of a puzzler in this as it's a simple "connect the lines without using the same line twice" game. Nothing too challenging, nothing original and not even an attempt at giving it a little something to make it seem unique :\
Played this on armorgames before the bug with dying on the last boss was fixed. Really awesome game for its length although the last boss could use a difficulty nerfbat :) Dying too many times to the same little detail is annoying
Has balance issues, needs auto save and it bugged on me after being in the army buy/heal/upgrade/sell screen, clicking research after clicking back then clicking back and ending up at... THE ARMY SCREEN! Now I can't do anything <.<
Has loads of potential that's currently being wasted on a rather bad game that, at first, looks really awesome.
Haven't properly tried it yet but restarted because of the waaaaaay too big penalty for leaking creeps. It's hard enough that you lose a life and the money you'd get for the creep but losing additional money? <.<
Extremely difficult and no gains on energy when changing levels... also extremely hard handling of the ship.
So far you get a 2/5 for decent potential but crappy work so far :)
This is a REALLY good game........ just awfully boring :\
The overall mechanics and gameplay is nice, the upgrade system... could use a bit of work but it's not bad as such. Generally it just needs a really heavy polish and you got an amazingly nice game :)
It's good until you defeat the last level and play around with the blaster mode.
After that it's just repeat on possibly higher difficulty (nothing interesting since it's the same maps you play through)
