The Big Lunch makes my current crops witherproof or makes all of my crops for all time witherproof? If it's the former, how about selling a (very expensive) building with the latter functionality?
If the crops didn't wither, this would be an enjoyable, time-killing game. As it is, it's maddening. Why use that tired old mechanic? It's sad, because the game's pretty cute, otherwise.
I love that they can autofight. It makes the game more strategic and less tedious. Once I choose Blood at the end of a fight, I don't need to see the execution animations. Skipping them would save time. (Or a setting to give me that option.)
I'd love an "insta-outcome" option for battles. The progress bar is cute for a while, but then I just want to get on with the conquering. ;) Time can jump ahead a little to compensate for the absence of the progress bar, if it needs to.
I'd love a better minimap which shows the whole area, initially obscured by a fog of war. Once you get near a door to the next area, it should be clearly marked on the minimap as an exit. I hate wandering around, trying to find the place with the door to the hideout I need to continue the main storyline. For example. ;)
I'd like to see a "not junked/not equipped" option for sorting your inventory. That would make it much easier to find the equipment you just swapped out so you can junk it.
A clicky grindfest, though not without its charms. It would become infinitely more playable if it allowed you to set a default action for an autoattack.
Try cooking the "Big Lunch" recipe in the cookhouse, it makes your crops wither-proof!
