Sorry, but level 19 doesn't work for some reason. I jump over the first electrical beam without any stored up jump power, but for the second one, I can't even use my stored power. I jump and either I'm still hitting the top, or I'm already within the beam.
The, erm, second enemy killed me. What am I supposed to do? I use WSAD to slowly move around and mouse button to deal low damage. The yellow circles deal more damage than I do, and have more HP. Evading isn't an option either, as they speed in on me within a few seconds. Are there any upgrades I'm missing? I can't buy any of the ones in the menu, as killing one of them gives less than the cheapest one.
It would be great if you could create a map editor for this game, and make a sequel with a lot of improvements. For example, the ability to add buffs or other bonuses to attack groups. The only things you can do now is buff your defense. Several other minor things that might need to be solved, but I doubt my comment is going to be enough to cover it.
Hmm, it would be fair if you added "opens in a new screen" behind the achievements option. People don't like being redirected to other sites without knowledge they will be.
I saw the developer and I just had to try it. Seems a bit luck-based at first, but I understood you can very much remove that factor by playing it right. Awesome game up until now.
I'm wondering why here I'm constantly resetting my game until the opponent does NOT one-hit kill me with a dragon on his FIRST turn. There is no possible card to negate this that does not screw up the rest of the play. I can do +15 castle, but then I'm stuck with 3 bricks and 1 builder that doesn't get me anywhere. The game really looks good, but implementing a level that consists of rolling a dice until you get 6 simply doesn't make sense.
How do you get the multi-bomb upgrade in the lower part of the crystal caves? There is no way to jump up that high, and the only other way to get through is through two spikes which cannot be destroyed by snails.
20k metres is not so much difficult as it is frustrating. The reason I mostly fall off is when I'm at a high platform and a small platform is right next to it, down below. The speed is too much to be able to think about jumping over it instead.
I'm all for games that require skill, but don't add something like a field full of traps in which you have to jump (and guess where exactly to jump so that you won't jump into a trap which bounces you back and forth between traps to instakill you) with two mages that you cannot get to without walking into a trap (and therefore bouncing back and forth to be instakilled). Wouldn't be so bad if it was at the beginning of a level, so you don't have to redo the boring part over and over again. Of course, it's probably near the end. This doesn't require skill, it's simply bad design. On the other hand, some levels are way too easy even on hard. I have to redo the mage boss five times, but the rest of the first 7 levels are a piece of cake (barely lost any HP). So, maybe bump up the toughness in the first 7 levels and tone it down in the latter ones.
Okay, I must excuse myself. Jumping over bullets with spikes below you isn't frustrating. Having hyperreflexia while jumping over bullets with spikes below you is frustrating. I'm sorry, but that killed the game for me. Totally no control over when you fall down is a serious downfall.
A better difficulty curve would work. First I'm here, happily blowing up everything at ease, and suddenly I'm surrounded by several dozens of the big guys with a lot of HP and several dozen of the bomb-like enemies, and I die almost instantly. I didn't even have the time to use my own bomb.
..this game was all good until the minigames. I did all right with the zombie smashing, but I gave up on the car game. It was just too frustrating and not fun. Rest of the game was, though.
Did you increase the difficulty 1 million times fold since the badge was added? At that time, I could play through this game blind without doing anything. Right now, I'm losing BOTH my elevators on level 4 because I simply do not have any money to buy proper defenses.
I don't understand how to properly grapple. When I hold down my up button, I keep on grappling, but I also keep on going downwards. It's pretty easy to simply disappear down the bottom. If I try to act as if I'm jumping, I don't always grapple, and I fall down regardless.
