I was able to get the badge with the Ranger (and died shortly after getting it). Increase Dexterity and Range Mastery until Strafe Attack is available. At that point, you can move and automatically fire at some enemies. Might not be able to beat the game this way, but I made it to level 6.
Just got to level 11. The music is Last Dawn by Ross Bugden. But not really. More like Sunshine (Adagio in D Minor) by John Murphy. Go to Youtube and have a listen. Not saying he stole it, but yeah, even though I'll get down voted for saying so, he stole it.
Good game. Much improved over the first. Did anybody else enjoy dropping enemies on the explosive craters just to watch them bounce around like popcorn in a popper?
Mixed thoughts on this. Basically a puzzle sampler from other puzzle games, but the puzzles were fun (and that's what counts). Not a big fan of RPG Maker, but this actually seemed to work. No idea how the scoring works at all. Puzzles were decent, but not overly difficult. Would have been better if during the Efficient Space puzzle if you had a third state where walking over tiles did not overwrite or erase, but did nothing instead. 3.5-4 out of 5.
For some reason, I could suspend my disbelief enough for time travel and dinosaurs, but not enough for a battery that can take the place of a generator.
Isn't kind of funny how the Vorag is trying to break free in order to "take over the world" and the player's response is to kill everyone he comes in contact with in order to stop that from happening?
This game has a great premise and I don't want to detract from that, but there are some flaws. Just telling me that my heroes will "aren't perfect, but will do the best they can in battle" basically translates to "the player AI isn't as good as it could be". Penalizing the player with a defeat for bad player AI only causes frustration.
Fun until the game started lagging in the warehouse. Can't time jumps/slides when it does that. And it looks like I'm not the only one experiencing it... Other than that, decent platformer.
