ok, so people get fed up and launch themselves through red lights after a bit. thats stupid of them. they ended up dead. since you have no control over that, there seems very little point to playing this.
Shame the Asterix IP has been turned into a "pay to win" game. this is pretty and works well, but after 2 days of grinding, its become obvious its just yet another "grind for hours to get resources to then discover that their effects are temporary unless you spend real world money or grind for WEEKS to achieve enough currency in game to make it permenant. Honestly, the game is ruined by the lack of balanced currency, and pretty much any advancement in this game will be because of continuous grinding to get enough stuff to unlock the next quest. just like every other game of this kind, i got bored after 2 days.
I managed to break this at level 2 because the screen size was too small and I managed to click on the "next" button that was off screen which means the menu system was overlaid on the game screen so I couldnt see anything that was going on.
meh, not really a fan. its far too slow and clumsy. i dont like the scrolling or the fact that it doesnt feel like im controlling it rather than reacting to it.
dropping a "This is a demo, now pay for the rest of the game" after level 20 turned my enjoyment of this game into hatred. a score of 1 and frankly for such a dick move, you dont deserve that
well, ive wasted a few days playing this to discover that its basically rubbish. I dont know what the problem is with game developers trying to release flash games as commercial products. it lulls you into a false sense of security by making the first 10 levels easy then increasing difficulty exponentially to the point that you cannot continue playing without serious investment of time and money. I am no longer able to complete even an average map without at least one bloon getting through, which means that I cannot earn bloonstones, which means I cannot invest in enhancements, and I am pretty sure the game has been balenced this way to make people invest in the game. you COULD play the game without investing anything, but you wouldnt get very far very quickly and a majority of your games would have you scraping past the finish post with a few lives left. i wont be playing it any longer
ok, bored now. still waiting for tier 3 upgrades to finish, still can complete levels that should be simple because I keep running out of money mid game. Really not very balenced compared to other bloon games.
This game needs to be adjusted to allow upgrades to finish more rapidly. as it is, the upgrades (particularly tier 3 upgrades) takes 2 days to complete, which has made a massive lag in playability. Basically, ive spent the whole day trying to complete levels that are impossible for me to do without the upgrades i'm waiting to be delivered. money wise, thers not an issue if you take advantage of contested land quests, but the power lag at this level (level 14) is tedious. theres no point playing for 2 days because of the afore mentioned delay waiting for upgrades to complete.
Apart from that, im quite pleased. this is a good way to develop the series, but its falling into the same trap that makes games like Redshift so annoying.
I dont like it. i just seem to be waiting around for something to happen and I dont seem to be able to buy enough tech to travel further but i cant see why not. terribly clashing colours as well. makes it hard to see the detail. desperately needs a full screen mode.
