The updates in response to suggestions mean this game is probably only going to get better and better. My suggestion: If there's empty space in workshops, new population should go to work. We can always adjust if we prefer, but they shouldn't default to unemployed if we have jobs for them.
ermagerd if you're doing performance upgrades please make an option to get rid of the shiny effect on clicks, I want that 35 clicks-per-second achievement so bad ^_^
The update is amazing and caused me to raise my rating. However, I notice some heroes still have no good reason to level them up... Ma Zhu, for example, has only self-buffs, no click-buffs, no skills, no "all heroes" buffs... if you just skip him, you get further faster. Why not give him a level 100 upgrade that makes it worthwhile to level him up too?
level 60 enemies will overwhelm even a maxed out turret, and require dropping all the way to level 45 or so to clear the field enough so you can raise it back up to level 58 and actually hold them off. A little extra damage toward the front (maybe a line that does damage to everything that's past it, with upgrades for damage, pulse speed, and position - position upgrades move it further right) would help us when we've raised the level 1 too far and now can't push them back without dropping 15 or 20 levels.
Prestige doesn't double earnings after the first time you do it, it only raises it by the original payout amount. (3 prestige = x4, for example, and 9 prestige = x10). However, it also raises your max miners by 10 each time as well.... (to the people who said prestige raises prices - it only raises the price of the next prestige, not everything.)
This game made me feel like a total bad***. Not even gonna lie. Especially each time I unlocked a new skill - the charge-up wolf's howl dash, the helicopter blade, the knock-up flourish, the super-cool moonbow (especially the "secret" version), and the Void Soul stance all deserve special mention. (and ohmiGreg, using the Bloodhack to make Void Soul and the Moonbow free, and using them together at night, then chasing it while still in Void Soul... so much death).
@Hawkeye430 - there's a reason the game tells you repeatedly to back up your save file. It's so that doesn't happen. *doesn't have a current backup, either...* I lost my save once a long time ago and lost some stuff that can never be earned again (once-ever events), and now I back up my saves.
yep, since the last update I get NaN for everything every time I load the game. Starting a new game fixes it as long as I never close the game or have Flash Player crash...
Welp, I hope it's not completely inappropriate to say I nearly shat. That very first slight-scare where you step into a room and there's two... lights? Eyes? I dunno, I slapped the keyboard until the game closed and had to reopen the tab just to leave a comment. I'll finish the game on a day when I'm not quite as easy to scare, not sure why I'm extra jumpy today... I loved the first game (and only half-remember it right now, which probably makes this one better, according to top comments).
Cactusapple - it takes the bots one second per square to move. So if you send "cubot forward 4" on turn 1, they'll move on 1, 2, 3, and 4. If you send them another command before they finish, they'll switch to that command. Turn 1 "cubot forward 4", turn 4 "cubot turn right" will move him forward four spaces and then turn him right.
relaxrelax - that's a Flash thing. Since an update a while back no Flash objects will progress while you're on another tab. To idle this (or any idle game) in background, open in it a new WINDOW instead. The active tab in each window will still run the games in them.
lolhi - check both armor and hull, it took me a minute to figure that out. On another note, I seem incapable of saving this game.... I've been avoiding updating Flash Player because it tends to lose all my saves every time, but it seems I'll have to try, because this game is worth it...
Flash stops running in tabs that you have tabbed away from, but NOT in other windows (as long the game is in the active tab for that window). What this means is, to idle in background, you need to load this game (or any idle game) in it's own window, NOT in another tab!
sweet! glad you love it.
