What this game needs badly is a Save button, such that we can make sure the current status will be available when we log in again. Currently at least to me it happens too often that I made nice progress only then to loose it all again. And yes I know that I could also use Export for this, but all other idle games I know allow for both save and export, with save being the more convenient day-to-day option and export the one to play with alternate options.
While I like the recent Update, I am kind of wondering if this really still is an idle game at all now. Since we have to restart the early levels again and again, obviously attempting to get past them as quickly as possible, I seem to be restarting at least once per hour to cash in on new managers, with all the subsequent clicking that entails to get back to the configuration I was at before the restart.
I have a Gem Potency item in my Upgrade list that costs 10 Sp Coins. Anybody know where to enable it? I have plenty of Sp and diamonds, but somehow this one has never activated so far.
I don't know about this series. New map / new car, grind to level up car, new map / new car, grid to level up car, new map / new car, grind to level up car, win.. Like the map designs better than prior versions though.
I would prefer if Take a Break automatically activated when coming online after 3+ hours offline. But if for some reason that should not work, then how about at least removing the popup that sits in front of my town? The counters could easily be integrated into the bar with the 3X display.
Lots of gold and when the merchant shows up he only ever has one item for sale. Seems a bit out of balance, unless there are other uses for gold I have not yet discovered.
There are more expensive items as well (what he sells is a bit luck dependent), but still when you average it over some time, it's true that it's still a bit unbalanced. There will be more "gold sinks" in the first content update that's coming sometime near the end of the week!
I saw people mention the green box under forge in older posts. How though do I change the number in that box from the default 100 to something larger? Probably pressed every key on my keyboard by now.. :)
Always the same with this series. I really enjoy the first couple of levels only then to get annoyed with the first boss fight. At least I would enjoy this game more without boss fights, i.e. more like a puzzzle.
Hmm. Game was alright initially, even though it was repeating the same combinations we already did in prior versions. Unfortunately now it does not even load anymore for me beyond the title screen.
Talking about glitches, if you happen to be running in the wrong direction (i.e. towards the final boss) on level 20 after picking up the second key, then jump over the final group, turn around, then jump over again you end up in a fight which never ends.
Kind of strange that it is not particularly hard to win this game while completely ignoring artifacts. Used the ranged / stat-boost build others had recommended already.
After a while my inventory gets clogged up so much that it appears managing it alone slows down my computer to a snails pace. How about finding a way to automatically sell equipment if it is worse than others you already have at the same level?
@Modfix: One more suggestion for your devs: Other side scrolling games do have a scroll mechanism that is easier on my wrist, namely to simply scroll as soon as I move the mouse to within a certain number of pixels of the window border. Here however I need to point, click and drag, again and again to get anywhere. Would be nice if you could adopt a similar mechanism.
@Modfix: Like your game so far. One suggestion though: It might make the food system a bit less annoying if there was some kind of visual indicator of the direction in which fish/boar are available. Note that at least I also always play with the sound off, i.e. do not even hear the sounds that are supposed to indicate when fishing/hunting is possible again.
Some minor additional feedback: I don't like the "You can't play this card here" message without useful information in regards to why. E.g. the game currently shows two cards in my deck that look identical to me. One pops up a card description and one the can't play message. What am I supposed to do?
