Thx. Caper. Restarting the browser does unfortunately not help, nor running the game in it's own tab. Insufficient connection though is something worth exploring.
Thanks. Wasn't clear because of the font size difference between Research and Points, which suggested Research was just the section title. Perhaps I missed what research points do then in the tutorial.
My game says I gain 61 points/s. If that were correct then I should be able to gain the 5 points needed to advance to level 3 immediately. Could you perhaps consider fixing the units to allow an estimate on how long it will take?
@vonRibbeck: It becomes easier the longer you play, since you discover perks over time that help with both items you describe. Consider using the 'V' key btw which works well for me, although I am not sure if that is unlocked already at the beginning.
Ok, so I need to kill about 100 racoons before I am strong enough to try another quest. Why can the game not show me where they are rather than having me run around randomly?
After the firefox save patch this morning, I refreshed even though I had not had save problems before. Unfortunately the patch seems to have introduced a but since I lost not-yet-dealed demons. Before the refresh I used to have 11 and after only 1. Everything though seems like it used to be before the refresh.
Does one of you happen to know how the dark mana gain is calculated? Is it chest content, the cave level reached, some kind of XP metric or something else?
It could be possible to make something out of this concept, but given that this is already the fourth in the series I somewhat doubt if the dev will try. As it is the GUI needs work before I would consider this a strategy game.
Thanks for the reply. When I do disable the unity plugin all I see is a frame with a white background in Firefox. Before I disabled it what I saw was the Unity plugin popup, on which it then froze. When I tried again today with the plugin, it did load the game and the buttons appeared functional. Note that I am at the moment playing a few other WebGL Unity games successfully, i.e. this likely is more of an issue with your upload. Hope this helps.
You said "web version" in your email, but unfortunately it seems you compiled the code for the Unity plugin again rather than WebGL, which does not work well for many people.
@SadPanda: There are some adds that never work for me. When I cancel them other games usually just try something else, but in your game I end up (not-) seeing the same add three times and then none is available anymore. Is that intentional?
Hmmm unfortunately that's out of our control. Kongregate has all the ads on their side, so we can't see how many are available or do anything with them. I'm sorry : /
