It's 2010 and my dual core gaming machine is lagging on pong--and not even a souped up pong...just plain old pong. Now Flash is pretty shitty tech, but this time I'm gonna go ahead and blame the programmer.
Instead of changing color then firing, I should be able to simply press the color buttons to fire each color. Then the powerup should be a queue of full charges. What good is a backup power if you haven't time or presence of mind to activate it?
The quick, erratic pattern of enemy movement is really annoying, especially when you have such comparatively poor acceleration.
It would be better to make the map more busy and require quick reflexes than having to rely on this combination of luck and impossible predictions or waiting forever for blobs to distance themselves from each other.
