Pretty nice overall but very stiff controls and laggy. Seems like there are a few bugs as well. I'm at the room for Peeping Tom, but he just won't spawn so I cannot kill him. I have completed the game though, but not killed him.
I usually like these kind of games, but this is just so badly balanced. So much grinding involved that it takes out the fun. There are no rewards for playing, so why play.
On hard the "normal" stages are easy to complete by just swinging your mouse back and forth over the screen. You easily get 200 Doeos. The last boss is what's a bit difficult. I'm pretty sure I had to hit him more than 5 times. The counter said 7 when I got him the second try, first failed. Try to concentrate and move fast on the last boss, and hard should be pretty easy.
OK, never mind my comment about the badge being difficult. Instead, I want to rephrase it to being almost entirely about RNG (random number generator) a.k.a. luck. I replayed once more and played quite carelessly but I got like 15 purple powers, instead of just 1, and even though it said I got like 57 % of the shapes this time, I got 5799 shapes collected... very weird as 64 % apparently was only 2262 last game.
Nice music, but the badge of the day (medium) is very difficult, unless I'm doing something wrong. I really try to collect shapes as best I can and I avoided red shapes very well, except a few. I still only got 64 % of the shapes and 2262 shapes out of 4000! to get the badge... Feels like I'm too far away to want to try more. Also it seems to be quite a bit of luck involved. I only got 1 yellow madness and 1 purple (magnetic) shape.
The game would be much better if the images actually even remotely resembled the bricks/blocks we put in. Some are extremely far fetched and that makes it very tough and unsatisfying.
Really like the style of the game, but it has some flaws. Wish there was some kind of "next wave"-button, so you didn't have to wait so much. Also some upgrade to make the fighters smarter. A lot of the fighting seems to take place off screen, or at the edge, as well, which isn't very fun. Really nice idea but not so good execution.
I really don't like fighting games where you get locked in the direction you hit. It makes the combat feel very unresponsive and stiff. Also the movement overall in this game isn't very good either. Would have been more fun if the enemies died a bit faster as well, but perhaps with more enemies instead. The weapons feels like they barely have any effect now.
Easy badge really is easy. Not sure why so many have trouble. Just try to keep calm and don't spend the fuel if not necessary. You much more money if you manage to stay in air for a long time, so it's not all about height. Focus on the launcher the first days, maybe some fuel and get the emergency rocket when you can. If you get to like level 3 rocket, you almost go to Mars without platforms. I got to Mars on day 7 or so on first try. Getting it in 3 days is a lot of luck involved though, so I gave up on that. There are videos on Youtube if you need any more tips.
Quite similar to "Rhomb" but a bit different concept and similar in difficulty, which is good. No grinding or hours of playing needed. I really like that this game isn't penalizing, so you have to keep restarting same puzzle. Would be an improvement if there were level numbers and seeing how many levels you have remaining.
For the easy badge it's way faster to just go to options and switch to Speedrun, and then start running. One level and it's done, instead of challange which is much longer and can troll you big time.
It's a pretty cool and interesting concept, but the actual gameplay is both confusing and repetitive. Also there seems to be A LOT of bad spots which really feels penalizing. Overall I think a game should have a good balance of rewarding to keep the player interested. Now I might buy the more expensive explosives but end up not getting anything. That's just not fun.
Sometimes I meet a survivor that starts shooting on me, and kills me, and he seems rather tough to kill, maybe even invincible? Is that a bug or a game feature?
Nice and well done graphics and game overall, but quite buggy. One boss went invincible instead of dying and enemies get stuck at the border of the screen. Also on the final boss I had him at like 70 % HP left and killed his wave of enemies and suddenly I won. Grinding is unfortunately necessary. Stage 10 was OK for that but quite long. The side missions were quite boring and weirdly balanced, especially with the stupid AI, but selecting some AI ones and using runes made it rather easy to get 10 quests done. AI needs a big tune up to actually do something useful instead of run around trying to target some distant enemy.
If it only was the actual cave part and not the submarine stuff, OK, I could replay it, but nah, I don't feel like it right now just for the badge. It's too long and tedious, even if I know somewhat what to do and if I follow the walk-through. Might come back some time later and finish it for the badge but nothing I'm looking forward to unfortunately. It's a pretty cool and well made game otherwise, but most people probably expect it to end way sooner than it does.
A bit on the easy side and very monotonous/repetitive. Would be more fun if there were upgrades to the weapons, armor etc. you used, like a skill tree perhaps, so every replay would be different. Also the enemies should get more difficult and get a bit smarter if upgrades were available. Also a bit fiddly controls when aiming, but that might be better if you run in full screen.
