@Alastairo You might wanna buy the potions. It's 450,000,000 for me or a (I think) 10% chance for 0SP. Besides, what else do you REALLY have to spend money on after you softcap con and str? Also, why does it cost 500 SP for you? That's a LOT.
Okay, it's REALLY REALLY annoying to switch classes once you have Devil Slayer and Divine Staff to use both Divine Light and Banish Dance. Please, on the next update, can you add something to the battle screen that lets you switch between Devil Slayer, Divine Staff, Big Shot, and Jester?
From what I've seen, this is how I know to get the different endings: Ginny: No deaths before day 18 (Not spoiling what happens); Deadeye:Weapon upgrades; Johnny: Need moolah on hand; Tessa; Number of mods you have; Nefertiti: Play on hard mode and get total kills up. I don't know about Swig or Mare, so this is a little basic. I'll check the forums and maybe update this.
What I think would add to the loader of the game would be to have all of the characters doing something. For example, you could have swig on a mounted gun with several glasses of beer around him, and Johnny handing a mop to somebody while being handed money, etc.
One problem I had was that the game sometimes drags you into obstacles along the way. To get Ginny's ending, you must never die, but that is impossible if you get dragged into the obstacle that constantly hurts you until you die.
Two suggestions that I have: 1) Add an auto-attack button (Like "A"), 2) Have the option to move with the mouse (You would move the mouse where you WANT to move, and the speed you move at would be the speed of the ship in the current conditions). I think the second one would make things so much easier (And you really wouldn't need an auto-attack button if you had the mouse held down).
Hmm.... Unfortunately, it's extremely tedious to get all of the endings. It's not worth it. There should be a link to see each of the different endings or something like that after you beat the game on hard.
@Kevin_saz I believe that's impossible. The classes of Devil Slayer, Divine Staff, Big Shot, and Jester are ALL BLOCKED FROM VIEW until you get to level 51. Also, it's impossible to see a level one in the arena since you have to be level 4 to be seen in the arena.
@jiggmin100 The gambler tells you that he will win ties, but tells you that you will win triples no matter the roll. So, even a 1-1-1 roll can make you win.
@andyhu After a mist potion reaches around 9 million for each one, it is better to give the beggar the LOWER amount, because you get more from it in the end. If you get a 32.5M item from a beggar, and mist costs 9 million, you would get 3.5 energy from that beggar, rather than the 4 energy she would give you (Not to mention you give her a lower amount) and mist continues to cost more and it is better to get energy rather than an item later on in the game.
Just a note to people: I would suggest keeping a full red set of crystals only for emergencies. It's saved me quite a few times in the arena when I forget to bring fairy dusts with me. Very helpful against the new demon possessed monsters in case I need to heal more often and waste all of my dusts killing them, etc.
@gregor97 You DO know that mages have just about the same defense as other classes. Also, it really doesn't matter because after a certain point in the game, unless you run out of SP and have no fairy dust, you will basically win arena fights regardless of what happens.
We now know why teens today never speak properly and always use acronyms and poor grammar. They all have had just one too many of those EXSLENT grammar pills.
@Ipwnuhard3 I was reading old comments and saw where you said that aim does NOT increase hit rate. It does, in fact, increase BOTH hit rate AND crit rate, hit rate becomes 100%, and I believe it increases crit rate by 15%-25% (Based on power bar).
@Tukkun I have a question. I understand why the interface disappears, but why does the screen pop up saying "Click the screen to resume game"? Why does it pause it like that? It does that after about 20 minutes of idling and pauses the game. Help?
I remember when Qwertyuiopas made that "Continually press the mute button for rewards" comment a long time ago. It appears it's come true! You get rewards for pressing the mute button a lot of times! Don't you love when devs do stuff when people comment?
