@Chazo999 You shouldn't have any before level 50. The way you said it, you would get two full sets by leveling alone before level 50. Since it's SO EASY to get to level 50, all you'd really have to do is create an account, get to level 50, restart, and get hundreds of gems. Still, I do agree with you that white crystals should be somewhat easier to get. I would say that 1 white/level past 76, but that's just me.
As most people said, there's too little variety. Variety is the spice of life, as well as the spice of a bunch of dead robots whose bodies you collect. Also, the game starts out as a challenge (keeping enemies away from the door on your own), but as soon as you get turrets and the BFG, it's basically game over for the enemy. Then, once you have the THOR/final turret, you only need to auto-attack (Also, add an auto-attack button. There's a way you can do it (Hold the attack button down and move the mouse off of the game screen), but it essentially is a browser problem). Also, add a purpose for the jump button, such as collecting parts in mid-air rather than waiting until they hit the ground. Two more things: Add ranged attackers so that even if they get destroyed withing milliseconds of coming through the wall, they can still attack, and also add robots to attack YOUR robot, rather than just "Suiciding" into the wall.
@chazo999 I think that should be only for levels 76+ or something like that. Having free whites throughout the entire normal game would be too much money given away by kingk. However, a white crystal reward for days of work levels 76+ would be appreciated :P
@ciamhampton Actually, that's not exactly how it happens. There used to be a site called "Dozing Off" where you input the problem and it gives you the answer. No calculator needed for me :D. But it got shut down, or he didn't want to pay the bills, or something like that :/.
Alright, here's a pro tip to anyone experiencing lag throughout the game (Thanks stephmic for the tip)... If you go to your guild screen, and Ctrl + click a guild member's name, it opens (A pop up or a new tab, depending on browser settings) a "Dlink" game, which is Dream World, minus the Kongregate lag. Basically, you're running JUST the game, which runs insanely fast on its own, rather than the game + the chat + ads + kong servers. The only problem is (I'd assume) that you couldn't get badges that way.
@adiw But, a loss still costs you money out of pocket for healing, as well as (I believe.. I haven't gotten killed by the GoD in many, many levels) a message similar to a mob loss, such as "The Guardian of Dreams laughs and takes ______ coins from you and walks away" or something like that, like you might see on a mob loss screen.
It's official.... Kingk is the biggest stoner in the world. From fairy dusts and shrooms to random dusty boxes with ?s all over it, given to me by a random flying girl with pills in them, kingk has a serious drug problem.
@akashkakanwar Divine Light is a special skill which can only be used as the class Divine Staff. This is the same with Banish Dance (Devil Slayer), Call Bunnies (Jester), and Big Bang (Big Shot). These classes can only be used at level 51+ and class skills of 60 or 40-40-40 for jester. You can't equip more items, only a weapon, armor, and a ring. What it says under "Strength" is talking about some items have a 'minimum strength' level required to use them.
I just have one suggestion: Add an undo button, that way if I screw up I don't have to restart the entire level, because when you get to the higher levels, you have to seriously over-plan and have extreme foresight, so it would be nice to undo a mistake rather than restart.
The only problem is that this game has wayyyyy too much grinding to complete the ZG area. Everything else can be done at level 15 or so, but the ZG area boss needs to wait until you get to level 20 to use all of the cool stuff you got from the arena.
Once you start doing the arena in Stranglethorn, the normal game (Which never went into Stranglethorn) gets incredibly easy. Also, you then almost immediately have unlimited money when you sell an item that you won't use from the arena spoils.
Uhm... I just started the game, but I recognize the story? I'm starting over from the beginning? Is this just a reskin of the original Murloc RPG? I guess I just have to play to the portal and see what happens :P
I'm glad they finally made a sequel from the original I played... I don't know how long ago. I barely remember the story (But I still do, don't worry), so I hope this game meets and beats my hopes for a sequel.
@lizmatron That would be too powerful. When you have 115-149 energy, a full energy refill would be an insane reward to have. I have to disagree with you. I would agree if there were maybe... 10-25 mist potions in the mystery boxes or so?
@jakkejakke Okay, a few things: 1) Spoiler alert? You totally gave away the ending, which to me made the game funny. 2) If you don't like the game, don't play it. There's no point in playing a game you don't like and making a comment you know will get downrated. Furthermore, this is a first game by this developer (Noted by the fact that his name does not have the "D" by his name) and was made in a mere 72 hours. You can't expect a deep, flash, time-consuming in 72 hours of work. 3) There's also no point in commenting like that, since comments like yours are universally hated except for the few who agree with you.
