You have to manually change weapons when you pick them up, duh. Still awful. The screen jumps EVERYwhere, even when you're not moving. I mean how terrible a decision was that? The weapons are nonsensical, I killed and was killed by a shotgun from across the screen. There's zero penalty for jumping, so it's just a spaz fest. Just really bad decisions. It's worth of the 1 start I'm giving it.
Holy horrific. I must have acquired 10 guns, every one of them was the garbage pistol you start with. I shot him 20 times, he never died, I died 20 times. It's sad when people can't make their company last. But, c'mon, are we really shocked that these game developers didn't make it. :| 1/5
This game doesn't make any sense. I feel like I need a master's degree just to figure out what to do. Everything costs energy, games make me no money, energy isn't replenished, you can't practice, you can't play...why? 1/5 And that's generous.
This is brutal. Very little skill involved. Why am I watching my team slowly move across the island? What's with the taxing - seems total incongruous with the point of the game. Some editing is needed. 2/5
Grindy. Once you get up to the best truck, improving it doesn't do much more damage. Laggy for the truck aiming, not seemingly for the enemy - never seen that before. A good start, but an incomplete effort. 2/5
Just so brutal. From the last game that was completely luck based to this game which goes from killing enemies in 3 shots to killing the same enemy in 20 shots from level 2 to level 3, this system is total garbage. Why am I playing 10 year old games that were awful 10 years ago? 1/5
This is, conceptually, one of the stupidest games ever. The game requires there to be lots of enemies on the screen at the same time. Without enemies, you cannot continue. Yet, the game constantly is without enemies on the screen. Atrocious. 1/5 after getting the medium badge.
Dumb. My badge is predicated on killing 100 guys in one shot. Except I VERY rarely see more than 30-40 guys and my bullets die off with nobody on the screen. This isn't skill-based at all. And the upgrades leave me wanting. 2/5
Was never sure I knew what direction I was supposed to be going. The instructions overlaying the screen were irritating. And I never really got the controls. Looks like it could be fun for some. 3/5 for me.
The waiting between shots ruins the game. Unfortunately, that's the crux of the game. Additionally, having to navigate the menus (including the notices) makes it even more arduous. 2/5
Incredibly unique and incredibly difficult for me. The clicking was a little arduous and so was the tutorial. But, generally, this is really interesting. 5/5
The controls and visuals are very buggy - sometimes it jumps, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you can land on the platform, other times you go through it. Seems very...touchy? Starting from scratch every time is a total cop-out. Please, developers, stop that crap. 1/5
Much too much of a grind - 3-4 levels required to add on a single enhancement in the mid-game. The other towers aren't that much different/more powerful. Not enough money to do unique tower placement. 2/5
Not a fan of having things attack me and the defenseless base at the same time. Doesn't work for me. The first boss seems asininely difficult - shooting hundreds of fireballs that attack my base while taking hundreds of shots and not going down. Not good. 2/5
The constant popups while playing the game was brutal. The fact that things were in my circle radar but still not close to my viewport was irritating. And why is the enemy ship so small compared to mine? 3/5
So, I have to bump my rating down to 1. I just won my 5th race, no medal. Even worse - DNF racers are AHEAD of everyone else. I came in first, but the game gave 0 points but the top billing to the guy who DNF'd. Bummer.
Nice precursor to the much better swords and souls. The games are too many clicks to get started and a bit flawed, generally. Still, not a bad attempt. 3/5
