Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems to me the fact that the game "Sift Heads Assault 3" is posted here as "head Shoot v2" is a pretty strong indicator that it's stolen.
"Addictive" is a term that usually expresses a personal opinion. We usually use in descriptions terms like "fun", "awesome", "entertaining" and so on, but it doesn't mean that all the players feel the same way. The game was addictive to me, it may not have been for you, but it's ok, because we don't all have to like the same things :)
