The very last picture could've been surrounded with some white for the canvas and maybe a brown wooden frame and it would've saved me SO much time if they did. Why, why would you not use the two colors I invested the most into at all?
There was one puzzle I have no idea what you do to solve, but somehow passed it anyway. The one with the puzzle pieces with faces and arms. The fact that I passed it without understanding what I did says something.
If you're trying to speedrun, the fewest letters you need to type you say loo instead of toilet and poo instead of shit (except the one where you say shit instead of play, doesn't work there", and die instead of suicide.
Magic seeing eye mode
"How am I going to die"
>I was talking to your mother about that yesterday
"You stay away from my mother you (expletive deleted)"
>Ridiculous
"I'm going to kill you"
>Perfectly
In-game hints were worthless. Quite often it was telling me about a goal I figured out, but refusing to say anything about the steps before then. I would also highly suggest the simon says part sink out of view after you get what you need.
At this point its fair to say that stage 16 should have a good hint on it, because if any stage ends you its 16. So I say to Whysocookie, you have to beat the first room in such a way that you can later recover one of the black squares from it.
May I suggest a control change? Have a button, like space, that if you hold down and press q or e it shows you the new direction of gravity. Release space while still holding q or e and it takes you that way.
I feel like it's probably too late for a change like that. The idea with the current scheme was that when you press the key on one side ([Q] on the left, [E] on the right) you end up still facing that way.
I for one appreciate that the trophy room has a ceiling which you can use to easily turn trophies upside down, in case you want to stack one on top of the other or whatever. I remember having difficulties with this in the first game.
@Archonius the trick for stage 16, and I'll be as spoiler free as I can, involves doing something different from what's obvious in the first room with the lasers. You need to come back there near the end.
