@MariusH appologies, you said upper left. Are you talking about row 2 column 1 and 2? It has to be 1,2 and not 2,2 otherwise you would have two lonely in column 1.
@Cigaro The bottom right corner has 1 active next to it, and the two boxes with 3 next to it cover the same area plus two other squares. You can fill in (7,8) (7,9) (8,7) and (9,7). The top left square being (1,1) and bottom right being (9,9) hope that helps.
@GoreForce one helpful trick is that the rows with 4 crown have to have the center piece lit up then looking at the center column you have to have the central 'plus' lit up. This also gives the entirety of column 4 and 5. I hope that helps.
I want you to know that after beating the game, I thought that maybe I missed a secret on the last stage and had to rebeat it. Then I messed that jump and had to re-beat it again. There's no secret on the last stage btw.
@PinkHusky be ball on right side of stage. Roll left fast, hit triangle morpher. Still in air, squish down. This is from memory, mind you, as I can no longer see where the thing was exactly in-game.
I finally got to the bonus level and the place where you have to reach an impossibly high switch is extremely uninteresting as far as ways to be unable to proceed at all.
@Ebbcubed any hints, I'm in the same situation. I tried rolling down the ramp as the ball. I tried climbing the stairs as the triangle. Not sure what I'm missing.
Oh my God this is boring. You have to resort to brute force on these because there are plain and obvious statements you aren't allowed to suggest. This is a very poor implementation of the original idea.
