Problem is The Last Gamer that it takes away from other great games. By upvoting a walkthrough and giving a reward for it, you're essentially giving him to rewards for the price of one game. The main problem with it is that it's rewarding simple laziness and taking away from other games.
I really love how people don't think when they vote up "games." This isn't a game people, it's a walkthrough for a game and if voted in the top 3 still earns money.
Have to agree with rotag. And don't bother following the walkthrough for the last level. Following that turns out to be more headache than it's worth. Just try knocking off the wooden rectangle at the bottom and hitting the guy with what you're given to build.
Eh, combat is pretty slow due to the animations, the save feature seems to be broken (it's never once worked for me), and it seems if you just spam pyroblast you win. The fights are extremely repetitive because of this. There's also a glitch where if you use space to move on with the conversation it'll restart it. The storyline I thought was kind of repetitive (ie find x of this). It's pretty much a typical rpg, nothing really special. 2/5
Duel191, there's other things that make this game less than a 5/5. The ending was lackluster and honestly left way too many questions than answers. The game itself felt like it was more of a demo than complete. Yes the secret items did go and help answer a few things, but not much. As far as gameplay goes, there were a few areas you could get stuck in. That's why it's not a 5/5.
