Honestly, I think that there is a very good game hidden in here somewhere, if only the time was spent fixing its glaring weaknesses. Perhaps this will be a great learning experience and will provide enough constructive criticism that the author can improve and maybe even put out a sequel or updated version, because even though it hangs and the Level 2 Stage 3 boss only shows up every other load, not to mention the control response is...well...akin to elderly people making love. Very slow. Good effort, it's just too bad that it didn't translate as well as it could have.

Awesome graphics, animation on par with anime shows, great music and even cut scenes do not a good game make. Unfortunately, the horrible control response and the overall lack of speed for even the fastest characters made it virtually unplayable to me. C'mon guys, if you're going to pour so much effort into the graphics, animation, music, sound effects and the rest...don't you think it DESERVES tighter controls? A big, fat, 2 out of 5. So much potential...wasted.

I played this game first over at Newgrounds and was instantly blown away by the sophistication of the author's animation skills and understanding of what we all want in a survival horror game. The sound was awesome, from the guns clattering, to the groans of the undead hordes. The strategic depth was very cool, in regards to using your down time to hunt for survivors, new weapons, etc. The graphics were awesome even for Flash...what more can I say? Home run. 5 out of 5.

I really wanted to like this game, mostly because of the subject matter and the fact that I love Greek Military mythologies and histories. First off, I AM impressed with the concept and the game idea behind it. Yes, it's not original, but c'mon...who doesn't want to whip butt as Achilles? The graphics were crisp and clean, although the animations could definitely use some work. The controls were simple, but slow to manifest itself in character action. (Something the author might want to take to heart, control response is a must have for any action game.) The sound and music were great...especially the fight music from Troy. What was up with the stage two boss? I defeated all the soldiers in front of him, then spent ten minutes walking without him showing up! Overall? 3 of 5.

I know I generally give games an extended review in comment...but I've got two words for it. Utter garbage.

I love the concept, it's reminiscent of a few indie games that I liked a few years back. It does resemble Battlefront in the aspect of the overall campaign, but perhaps there needs to be a bit more depth and the ability to earn more money. Man...are your teammates dumb too, perhaps an AI adjustment so they won't continue to get owned? Overall, I gave it a 3 out of 5, because the sound effects were decent, the control scheme was good...not great, but good, the concept in the design and the Cyberdogs screams that the soldiers made. Good effort.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I loaded the game up. Um...what to say about it...I liked the effects and the sound was good. Unfortunately, the control scheme is sloppy and unresponsive at best and it feels like your ship is moving through mud. There are a myriad of games like this out there and almost all of them do it better. Perhaps a money system and upgrades to your ship to make it faster? Enemies that don't feel tacked on? Better graphics? For fans of the genre only. 3 out of 5.

As much as I wanted to like this game, just based on the concepts of endless zombie rampaging, I found myself incredulous at the lack of dexterity for your character. Since when is a decomposed corpse faster than a capable human? Since when do zombies phase through walls? The animation itself wasn't fluid and almost reminiscent of a puppet show I went too...in the fourth grade. Great music, control scheme wasn't horrible...but man. Those flaws made it difficult for me to enjoy the main objective OF the game. 2 out of 5.

Interesting take on the TD genre, although the bosses seem to be way too over-powered while your gun is wimpy in comparison. I never really got a sense of the upgrades actually DOING anything for me, as well. Subpar graphics, good gameplay...I'll probably play this again. 4 out of 5.

I came in wanting to like it and was pleasantly surprised by it. I'll call it Silent Scope Light, because at its heart, that's what it is. I had fun with it, although it could definitely stand to be a bit longer. I never really had a problem with the control scheme, (That's even playing with a laptop touchpad, not a mouse.) 4 out of 5.

Unoriginal, not very much fun, choppy and the forced restarts after a hit is inane and frustrating. 2 out of 5.

While being utterly reminiscent of games like Raptor, Tyrian, Raiden, etc, I had a bit of fun with it, I guess. If you're a fan of the genre, I'll recommend it, as it is fairly difficult. It's nothing new or fresh or original, but someone out there will love it, I'm sure. 3 out of 5.

While having a lot of fun with this game, I can't help but compare it to a forerunner that was published independently a few years ago. Believe it was called Crimsonlands? While that game was more in depth and more about blasting aliens, zombies and spiders, this game pretty much focuses on the endless fun of blasting Zombies. The scaling issues could be addressed in regards to the enemies you face, but I imagine that could be resolved by upping the experience earned per kill. 4 out of 5.

I gave it a 4 out of 5, out of pure potential. Obviously, this isn't a new idea or even a take on an old one, but it is addictive and fun. Major foible is the Atk vs. Def system. It could definitely use a makeover that isn't so completely random. No way is a rat going to ever take out an Ogre or Dragon. >.>

What's the point of making a game that I can essentially go install and play on my PC? I was kind of expecting a Tower Defense style game ala Starcraft, as the genre lends itself well to RTS's.

While the concept itself wasn't anything new, fresh, original, etc, I found myself hooked by the animations and the Alien aspect of the Tower Defense Genre. 4 of 5. Good Job.
