Sitting in a turret and eventually get promoted to general. Sure, I'd love to enlist. Where do I sign up?
By the way, this game needs "more" of everything. Foot soldiers, super soldiers, more landmines, more guns, etc.
3/5. Good theme and design, but have serious balancing issues.
Harder enemies don't give more incentive for killing. Why would I kill an agent who ignored barricade when killing a soldier would give me the same coin and one saved barrel?
Also, saving a barrel causes more trouble than it is worth. If your aim of the game is to save barrels, then saving them should yield more coins than now. (Suggestion: 5 per saved barrel with no minimum) End-of-round reward (which should be increasing after every round, too) should be credited immediately, not scattered on the ground. Makes no sense.
If you want this to be a hardcore game of ammo conservation, ammo should be more expensive but drop from kills more often. This will shift focus of general money-earning skills to killing instead.
Finally, challenge != frustration. This is not '90s anymore (when game frustration like pixel-perfect jumping was the norm)
Fred can digest anything at the throat. Wow. He can even form full scar in a minute, too! Next up: Fred's Revenge: Send Oxygen to power muscles to punch those wolves to death.
1: Why can't we use the Truck all the time? 2: Why do the cops flip over so voluntarily all the time? 3: Why all four cars of a roadblock flip over when you potentially hit only two of them? 4: The race doesn't feel fast enough. 5: Where do I use those money I collect?
There should be a "technical autosave" that is automatically made every round and automatically deleted after going freeplay to aid in crash recovery. This is because freeplay is really crash-prone after 100+ rounds.
